As the name suggests.
Any character in any game, could even be your War Dog in Dragon Age.

Just say who it is, where they're from (Which Game), and why you like them so much.

I have more than 1 so I'll top 5 this:

1) Duke B. Rambert - Battle Arena Toshinden: For his arena in the game, his BGM, his hair, his sword, and his moves are awesome.

2) Auron - FFX: There is no cooler character around. FACT.

3) Dan Hibiki - Street Fighter: You've got to admire someone that deluded

4) Andrew Ryan - Bioshock: He's just creepy, and is a superb villain.

5) Wario - Because he makes Mario look boring...which he is.

Pinsir (Pokemon)
My favorite Pokemon, he's done great things for me in battle.
Auron (Final Fantasy X)
He's is so badass, it really doesn't need explaining.
Terra (Final Fantasy 6)
Really warming up to her after playing Final Fantasy 6
Van Helsing (Van Helsing)
Really enjoyed the movie, and using the Tojo Blades in the game sealed the deal.
Marcia (Custom Robo)
Her back story was really interesting for me.

Locke Cole from Final Fantasy VI, he's all 'round cool and he has a personality similar to mine.

I don't know if I could give an overall favorite, but one of my favorites is Nico Belic from GTA4. He's an incredibly deep and well developed character. And he has a cool Russian accent.

Edit: Can't believe I forgot about Wrex from Mass Effect. He's more than just the badass of the group (though he definitely is that), he also cares deeply for the fate of his species. It makes for a very interesting character to talk to.

Ellis from Left4Dead2 for general lovings.

Big Boss/Solid Snake for badassery. Those guys are more awesome on their own than the asses of a thousand demons.

Number one is Zidane Tribal from FFIX =) He is just so inspirational and awesome!! I would go as far as to say he is my favourite fictional character of all time in anything!

Other characters that are really up there are Auron (FFX), Zack Fair (FFVII), Yuna (FFX) (I know im a big FF fan) and (if we're not talking about games specifically), Jiraiya from "Naruto" as well as Hinata.
