What is your favourite childhood cartoon and why?
You didn't have to watch it in your childhood, just as long as the cartoon is aimed at a young audience.

Me? I am fond of The Amazing World of Gumball, but I also love Adventure Time and...

My favourite cartoon that I used to watch as a kid is The Moomins, although that's animated in Japan, so some weird people probably wouldn't consider it a "cartoon".

My favourite at the moment, and this is going to be the answer for many people, is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I'm sure I don't have to tell you why I like it, you've likely have heard everything there is to say about it already.

is My Little Pony actually popular with its intended age-group?
To be honest it seems more viewed by its older fans. It'd be interesting if that's true.

if we're talkin' cartoons, than i gotta agree with th'previously mentioned DC animated world...(Batman, Superman, Justice League, and JLU...all of which i own every eppy of)

Agreed. Anything that's not stupid nonsense can't be a kids' show. Now if only they removed all quality from MLP, then maybe kids could watch it too.
