YES! How do you beat a show with Mechazawa, awesome purple hair, and Freddie Mercury?

A close second is Azumanga Daioh. Well, mostly just Osaka. It certainly helps that my aunt is basically a Taiwanese version of Osaka.

While not really an anime, closer to a parody in fact, the "Abridged" series on some anime's can be quite hilarious. Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged being my particular favorite.

As for actually anime I'd have to echo FLCL.
