From Doctor Who: All of the finales excluding those from series five and six, "Dalek," "Turn Left," "Blink" and "Father's Day." That was actually kind of difficult to narrow down.

The entirety of The IT Crowd.
The Action League Now! segments of KaBlam!.
Dexter as a whole. I don't think any one episode stands out particularly. It just feels like one big thing.
Again, as a whole, Friends.
And probably something from Regular Show, but I've only seen a limited amount of the series and can't remember the episode titles to save my life.

Archer - "Placebo Effect"

It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia - "Sweet Dee's Dating a Retarded Person"

Both hilarious and offensive in all the right ways.

How I Met Your Mother: Girls vs Suits. Why? Glad you asked.

(Sorry for the poor quality. And you're welcome for the best 3 minutes of your life.)
I am at work, and cannot see that video, but I know what it is! I have that on my iPod! Definately the best episode ever! Also from HIMYM, I like the one where Barney ends up licking the Liberty Bell, and the one where you find out about Barney's 'family'!

I'd say the season 3 finale of Breaking Bad.
Mike picks up Walter and says they need Walter's help with something at the lab (read: Walter's replacement is ready, so he is now dispensable and will be killed). Walter knows it's a trap and has Jessie go to the apartment of the new cook (Gale). Jessie is to kill Gale, making Walter the only person with the aptitude to cook the meth.

There is a moment when Walter becomes more confident while speaking to Mike. He lets Mike know what Gale's fate is to be, and Mike is left powerless. It's a victory for Walter that made me jump out of my seat and scream, "YEAH!".

But then...we're cut to Jessie, tears on his face while pointing the gun at Gale's face. Gale is confused. He doesn't deserve this. Jessie knows that, plus he doesn't want blood on his hands. Gale pleads, then Jessie shoots him. Then I was left feeling like an asshole for cheering earlier.

Bravo, Breaking Bad. Bravo. No other show can take its viewers through that kind of emotional roller coaster.

Episode 22 of Gurren Lagann, "That is my last duty". Why?

In that episode.

Shit.

Gets.

DONE.

Lemme tell it like it is; in that episode, Team Dai-Gurren is re-united after seven years, obtain a new ally in the form of at least two former enemies, achieve their first major victory against the Anti-Spirals, THIS happens in the meanwhile...

(Sorry, Frozen Donkey Wheel. The position of the best three minutes of your life has officially been taken over.)

What else? Oh yes. Moments after the events of that clip, they stop the Moon from going all Majora's Mask on the Earth, then they go inside the moon to TAKE CONTROL OF THE FREAKING MOON AND TURN IT INTO A MOTHERFUCKING BATTLESHIP.

Before he does that, however, the main character manages to get his girlfriend back. Y'know, just because she happened to be in the area.

To end things on a less anti-climactic note however, I'd like to say that this is also the episode in which the most hated character of the series realizes how big of an obstructive bellend he's been. It'll take too long to explain the details, so I'll just show you what it eventually leads up to in the next episode, when the main character decides to discuss the problem with him like a civillized gentleman.

GURREN FUCKING LAGANN, PEOPLE.

BEST.

ANIME.

EVER.

The only thing I can think of right now is the Season 4 finale of Dexter.
Anyone who watches the show should instantly know what I'm talking about.

'My Lunch' from Scrubs (for the angst)
Honorable mention: 'My Old Lady' for the using the best version of "Hallelujah" and using it so well

'Secret of my Excess' from My Little Pony (for Spike's canon pimp hat)

Also SpikexRarity, my new favorite.

'Evicted' from Adventure Time (for the musical number)

'The Return' from Justice League Unlimited (for the god damn android. He's awesome)

The Professionals: Operation Susie (Just a really good episode of a really good show)

The X-Files: War of the Coprophages (Bambi the entomologist, I like the left of centre X-Files, see also Squeeze)

Deadwood: Mister Wu (All of Deadwood is by default good, but Mister Wu is my favorite for this exchange)

And of course The Wire- Every fucking second of it.

EDIT: Doctor Who: The Face of Evil, not the best but the story that introduced Leela and confirmed my heterosexuality.
EDIT EDIT: Ok City of Death is probably my favorite Doctor Who of all time, but Lalla Ward while very attractive, is no Louise Jameson.

I can count the amount of times I stopped laughing my ass of in this episode on one hand. The Troy parts in particular were brilliant.

For me, it has to be the series finale of Scrubs. The 8th season, before they did the "med school" thing. For fans of the show, I think it has to be pretty much the perfect ending. His walk down the hall with all the old characters, all the way back to the first season, his vision of the future... it was just great. It really felt like a thank you and goodbye to the fans of the show, thanking them for watching.

For those that haven't seen it, though it probably won't mean much to you if you're not a fan of the show.

Ghost in the Shell: SAC 2GiG- IN: Kusanagi's Labyrinth ? AFFECTION. PRetty much a origin story but it was interesting and with an awesome musical piece from Yoko (I do).

Community (Season 1) - "Modern Warfare". Funniest episode of season 1 and with many references!

Batman The Brave And The Bold- Aquaman's outrageous adventure! This episode pretty much why Aquaman should have his own spin off show.
