My copy is sitting on my bench right now... just need to figure out where my GBA went...Sarah Kerrigan said:But if your talking about older games, than I have to say the old Pokemon Card game for the Gameboy. I remember I found it at a gamestop for like, fifty cents and I couldnt stop playing it. Not that bad either.
I'd say definitely get Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, it's a fair amount easier than the originals were but it's fun and it holds true to the style of gameplay (puzzles/Psynergy/monolithic towers that beg exploring etc.). And believe me, there's likely to be a sequel, so long as there's enough interest in GSSewa_Yunga said:I only played the GBA games, but I'm still thinking about getting a DSi (last model with a classic cardridge slot) just so I can play GS3... Hey I remember Croc 2, seriously that game was the shit when I was about 6-7. My one is probably Battleheart on the IOS. I know there is a lot of debate about whether these are real games or just casuals, but I have logged so many hours into that little baby that I had to mention it. Were I to say a game with a proper console/pc release, it would most likely be Star Wars: Republic Commando. While it was mentioned above, I will stress that it was so fucking cool, if it had just been longer it definitely would have scored a series.IamQ said:Probably Croc 2. It's a really simple platformer, but when you're 6-7, it's a lot harder than it looks in the video.
Well, to me the big selling point to the DSi would be its backwards compatibility, as in playing my classic/color/GBA games on a backlit screen.Nyaliva said:Sewa_Yunga said:I only played the GBA games, but I'm still thinking about getting a DSi (last model with a classic cardridge slot) just so I can play GS3... This looks interesting, thanks for showing itSyzygy23 said:Not enough people seem to know about Starforge: http://starforge.com/
I mean, c'mon, it's like a sci fi minecraft mixed with borderlands where you can build ALL THE WAY INTO ORBIT.
I picked up Lock's Quest because I loved Drawn To Life, and I wasn't disappointed. I haven't finished it yet though, it's on my 'to finish' pile... along with about 1000 other games...TizzytheTormentor said:Locks Quest
NightFire ruled so hard back in the day. Multiplayer was always Skyrail or Ravine. My brother was always a sniper, I was a run-and-gun type. Good times.Haefulz said:007: Nightfire
The first (and so far only) Custom Robo to come out here in Australia has been the one on DS, and I loved it. It's one of Nintendo's lesser-known franchises for sure. They should really make more of them...Landrius said:Custom Robo
THIS. THIS. THIS.TheRussian said:Dear God, it has to be one of the best FPSs out there, on par with the Half Life series and waaay better than the Halo affair.![]()
The mechanics are solid, the sound work is noticeably better than most FPSs, and the story is competently put together.
Now, in my opinion, Republic Commando is the second best Star Wars game out there, and I highly recommend it both to Star Wars and FPS fans.
