Pandora from Devil May Cry 4. It can do so many different things. The Laser Cannon and the one where youre basically a floating missle launcher are the best though.

And the Spartan laser in Halo 3 is a lot of fun to use. Kill pretty much anything in one hit. and anything thats behind it lol

Red Faction: Guerilla - Nano rifle, seriously, it shots, little nanonites that eat things, like people or objects, its silent and its raw power is amazing.

Can I count the Plasma Beam aircraft weapon from X-Com: Enemy Unknown? I know it wasn't a shooter and I didn't get to use it myself and there were no cool graphics, but that thing'd be damn handy in a lot of places.

Indoors isn't one of them.

The pulse rifle from Aliens is king but special mentions must go to the smart gun and old painless from Predator.

I was always a fan of Hitman's dual custom .45s with black silencers.
