Favourite metal album?

It's quite hard to say really...
I shall make a list I think.
Most Iron Maiden albums are just freakin' awesome
Dream Theatre- Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence (both discs)
Mastodon- Crack the Skye (sooooo polished)
Most Metallica albums (of course nothing from the Load to St. Anger period)
Queensryche- Operation Mindcrime
And some others that just aren't coming to me.
It is pretty needless to say that I like heavy prog...

The self titled one or Mate.Feed.Kill.Repeat.?

Mine would be wither Iowa by Slipknot or Morningrise by Opeth.

Slipknot is metal,and if you call me out on it,i will not give a shit.

I was more referring to their debut album. Don't get me wrong, MFKR is an awesome album, probably on my top 10.
Id say Slipknot is more rapcore, but what the hell its a great album anyway

Plague of Butterflies by Swallow The Sun. I know it's an EP, not an album, but the song "Plague of Butterflies" is the best song that has ever been made. I believe everyone into metal should listen to it.
