What is your favourite thing you own that you got for under $20. For me a necklace that I plan to make an heirloom. It's gotta start somewhere and, after 500 years, wait till they found out I got it from the cornerstore for $20 =)

Fail. OP It is a tie between my Bible, my copy of 1984, and my copy of Grim Fandango.

Vet bills and food haven't cost ya, yet?

OT: My chapstick.. Not sure where I found it, but its really saving my lips in this cold. A more long-term favorite <$20 posession? Probably my carabiner and keyring holder basically this. [http://www.crobike.de/en/werbemittel_bilder/promopeddler/8100/18495.jpg].. Mines green though and has been with me for 5 years.

Well if you broke a human down into piles of raw elements, you'd probably get about $10 for it all.. but good luck reassembling it all again.

My Starcraft battle chest. Not my favorite in more recent times, but definitely the most long standing favorite. (was $19.99 CDN at the time, dohoho)

A plush toy. Details do not need discussion. Never speak of this again.

He is cuddletastic.

My charity rubber wrist band for Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Cost me next to nothing, but it has some seriously personal value to it.

Probably my copy of Final Fantasy Tactics... Or my two wooden swords. Maybe my Witch Hunter Robin boxset.
