Just about everything that Marcus Fenix says is great. I'm not sure if it was written with comedy in mind, but the way that his lines are delivered and the style that they're written in (to make him sound like the ultimate badass) is really funny.
I especially like the one in the beginning of the game in which after Dom informs him that he's back in the military after Hoffman pardoned everyone he remarks "Ah shit."
