Not to incite a flaming maelstrom of cheif hate/cheif love or anything, but I honestly find anything verbal that comes out of his helmet is pretty corny and badly written and/or dellivered. The master cheif himself is my least favourite (oh wait I forgot about cortana), second least fovourite (oh wait I forgot about that annoying chick in the first level that gets her plane thingy shot down and has to scream out "I'm hit, I'm hit (annoying scream)") third least faourite part of Halo, in fact I have avoided playing the single player (or co-op) at all. and If I face anyone on live who names themselves "SpArtan117" or "MSTRcheif" I make it my special duty to focus on them for the entire match. Of course thats when I actually feel like playing any of the Halo series.

In Star wars republic comando multiplayer there was a voice that would yell out "Head shot" whenever you made a head shot, it was in a really annoying New Zealand accent (and I should know, having a in all likelyhood fairly annoying New Zealand accent myself)
I guess these are kind of my favourite quotes, I really don't like anything anyone in anygame really says. especially the main character. more often than not they'll say something which conflicts with the way I feel about the situation they're in (classic example is Nico from GTA IV)Mute characters like Gordon Freeman have my vote for best quote, if you can count "..." as a quote.

Also, I don't know if this counts, but in Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, you get to name your town, and, for lack of a better name, I came up with El Baño. The name of your town is then used in dialogue, making a lot of the conversations in the game unintentionally hilarious for many of my friends. One specific example is, before setting out on your third year, the mayor said in my game, "You have to remember to come back to El Baño!"
