I have a couple:

Cream cheese, cucumber, and ham on toasted bread. Or, Tomato and a light smear of mayo. When I was a kid I liked what I called the "Supreme Sandwich", which was wheat bread, chips (crisps to you Brits) a slice of cheddar cheese and ketchup.

I had a friend that used to eat sandwiches that were nothing but Miracle Whip on bread. Miracle whip is kind of like a light, sweet whipped mayonnaise. Seriously.

Chicken (or Duck), Cheese (or peanut butter), Spinach, and Tomato Beans (with Tomato Sauce) on a whole wheat bun.

I like to refer to any good-tasting combination of meat, vegetables, and cheese as "the Trinity of Awesome."

Bacon, with added bacon, and bacon on top. With ketchup.

From your avatar, to your sandwich, to your drooling, you must have been put together by a technician close to the Gods, for that sounds glorious.

OT-For me, Ham and Bacon, (that's right, Bacon's capitalized), with muenster cheese on sourdough bread with a bit of srirachi mayo and a hint of lettuce and tomato. Or Egg salad prepared by my prep guy Mark. The man is a genius with egg salad.
Why thank you very much.

The sandwich you mention sounds pretty damn good by the way, sounds more like a meal than a sandwich, which is no bad thing. No bad thing at all...

Tuna, Sweetcorn and Mayonnaise.

Easily my favourite sandwich of all time, closely followed by Ham, Cheese, Branston Pickle and Mayonnaise, and the BLT.

Bread, with butter on both sides, Laying down some cheese first on one slice and Corned beef on the other.
Then placing Ham on top of the cheese around 2/3 slices of ham, then putting some tomatoes ontop of the corned beef and after that putting some salad ontop of the ham and placing Salad cream ontop of it.
that sanvich is munch.

I cook a mean bacon, cheese and hash brown sandwich. Put that lot between two thick buttered slices of white and I'm happy. When time is of the essence a buttery marmite sandwich kicks ass.

I also have good things to say about putting toffee ripple ice cream in a sandwich. Not quite sure why I did that but I'm glad I did.

Bacon, Chicken, lettuce(Iceburg), mayonaise. No Tomatoe. There is always a tomatoe... They crop up everywhere!
