From the movie it is "YOU PUNCHED THE HIGHLIGHTS OUT OF HER HAIR!!!" but in the books in vol. 6 its is when Scott remebers his relationship with Envy and Envy is like "omigod ur like, such a stud" and Scott is like "yeah totes".

The gang are walking to Julie's party and Scott goes "This party's gonna suck!" Neil immediately says "SUCK." The scene then cuts to the party, where Scott says "This party sucks," and Neil goes "SUCKS."

Yeah it took me a second but I remembered it.
