Die thousands of time failing to get to 20 crates in Ambush mode in Super Crate Box (in case you don't know what ambush mode is, the description is "Game over. 0 crates." Enemies spawn everywhere.) Switch to Normal Mode. Get several hundred crates before dying due to boredom.

A few other moments include about half of all platformers after beating I Wanna Be The Guy, some earlier levels of N after beating much harder levels, and a couple scattered areas in Half-Life 2 when I had full revolver ammo. Man I loved the revolver.

The first time I did a mass Kangaroo Carrier charge on Company of Heroes in a 1vs1 Automatch. I feel so sorry for the guy I did it too.

every time somebody falls into my traps in total war battles.
also in brink when i walk back through a corridor i just fought in and melee all the enemies still on the ground(which stops them being revived by a medic)

While playing Oblivion, I had reflect damage armour and shield equipped. I turned the difficulty down and walked through the Imperial City, laughing as the city guards ran towards me, hit me once and were thrown 10 feet backwards.

This is the feeling that makes games like Serious Sam really fun! Just... AAAHHH!! Plowing through waves of enemies and dodging their every move, it's just great.

Not really quite the same thing, but whenever I play MarioKart Wii and use a Mega Mushroom I tend to shout "FEAR ME TINY MORTALS!" and cackle maniacally.

But in answer to the ACTUAL question, whenever I get a Prince of Persia section right first time without dying...I feel gooood.

Oh and currently, my Inferno toon on Champions Online is roughly 3-4 levels above the missions I'm doing, and I'm just blasting everything with one hit kills. Also makes me happy.

My most recent greatest moment was when I played Crysis 2 multiplayer on Crash Site, got 39 kills with only 2 deaths. Kneel before my guns of...........guns.

I'd say when i'm playing at max levels in RPG's, when i'm playing prototype and when i'm playing new game plus in Deadspace 2. Bwhahaha! Fear me mortal hunks of flesh as i paint the walls with your blood!

And when i'm level 80 in pokemon. Just walk through a place with with level ten pokemon and you feel like the god of destruction...

Amazing graphics, hugely empowering suit, massive floods, buildings falling around me, friggin' central park being lifted into the air right in front of my eyes... Yeah, Crysis 2 was pretty much one gigantic I AM GOD moment.
Also Batonetta. And Prototype.

But mainly, my defining moment in Red Faction: Guerrilla; sprinting and jumping off a mountain, before sledgehammering a Flyer. On cheat mode of course, but still.
I took out an airborne enemy with a melee weapon.

One time on a lan party I sniped a friend of mine through a wall, with a headshot without wall hacks, without even knowing that he was there, this means I was awesome by accident, the aftermath was hillarious

Literally any time I win in a fighting game (Mortal Kombat or Marvel Versus Capcom) against a friend, anytime I beat a game and when I play Mercenaries 2 and blow up an entire small city because someone cut me off.

My first time playing CSS in about 7 months. I joined a zombie game, hung out with zombies more than survivors, and topped the scoreboard by miles.

A no-scope sniper rifle headshot, in Bad Company 2. Did I mention it was out of a banking helicopter, and stopped a defender from disarming the bomb. Everyone in the room went quiet, wondering, did that actually happen.

Also getting the "Boom goes the Dynamite" achievement in NHL 2k9. I just dropped the contoller and walked out of the room assuming that angels would herald my coming.

In Brink a few days ago, I went to capture a command post with a teammate. As soon as we begin to capture it, we're swarmed by six enemies (not sure how many were human) and the teammate is downed. Being a medic I revive him; which is made almighty by the fact that I was fighting off the six enemies still and downed three or four before my teammate got back up to help finish them off.
