Anyone know you need meat as a child to grow up and from the number of pages, I'm not the only one who think that.

What do you think on the whole matter? Should it be taken down, or do you free speech should take priority here?
Why shouldn't they have the right of free speech. See, there are zealous devotees on both side of ... pretty much every issue. People that doesn't think they are right, they believe that they have the final answer (which ain't true) on everything. Shutting one side for being silly is giving ammunition for the other. Pointing the finger (whichever you like, I prefer the index), laugh at it then forget about it is the better way to deal with it.

I'm not sure that PETA realizes that most of their stuff is so farcical that more people probably increase meat consumption to mock them than the other way around.

This just makes me want to eat more meat as a little "Fuck you!" to PETA.

This banner isn't helping anybody.
I just warmed up a beef patty.
(Quite seriously)

Yeah, typical Chauvinism from a Chauvinistic group of... Ah... People.

Also, fun fact: Humans are *not* Herbivores.
"Humans are omnivorous, capable of consuming a wide variety of plant and animal material. Varying with available food sources in regions of habitation, and also varying with cultural and religious norms, human groups have adopted a range of diets, from purely vegetarian to primarily carnivorous. In some cases, dietary restrictions in humans can lead to deficiency diseases;"

You should eat meat as retaliation!

With the obvious joke out of the way... Seriously? Do they affect you that much? They are an overzealous group like any really. There's one for everything. Christian got the Westboro batiste church, for example. You shouldn't let that get to you. And before you reply, no. People doesn't associate Vegetarian with PETA ... at least, everyone except the suckers they want to recruit.

Eating meat isn't morally anything.

Some farming practices may be abhorrent to you and that is fair enough, but the actual act of eating meat is no better or worse than eating anything else.

except maybe if it is human flesh.

ot, peta are tards. meat is delicious, raise your own.
Killing another living creature to eat it for your lunch is morally wrong when you can just as easily eat something else that doesn't involve death or suffering.

Sigh. Typical PETA. Does former "The Price Is Right" host Bob Barker know about PETA's idiocy? I mean, I heard he once donated $2.5 million to those guys...

Well, anyone know of the "John Boy & Billy" radio show? One regular guy, Mad Max, has never been too happy about PETA. For truth:

Wow! PETA is appealing to younger and younger individuals. I like how, as people get older and learn more, they tend to turn away from groups like PETA, and aren't affected by their words. Maybe there's a reason...? Naaah, they're just stupid old people.

PETA, I feel like you are making light of the extremely serious matter of child abuse!
People suffer badly their life long if the child abuse was particularily bad.
Many children DIE each year directly because of child abuse, which is imho about on par with being abused continously for 18 or so years.

Go use something else to make your case, please.

I assume the reason they're showing a fat kid on the poster is because the message is supposed to say "Don't take your kid to McDonalds for every meal of the day."

I'm pretty sure most normal kids heads, whether they be overweight or not, aren't shaped like that...

Welp, it's their opinion. But remember, PETA are a group with an agenda - the complete "emancipation" of all animals. It doesn't matter if Meat is good or bad, they are duty bound to condemn it.

Yes, excessive Red Meat intake does raise the risk of Cancer and Diabetes (type II) and obesity. I would also point out that eating too many french-fries (which are made with Potatoes), can also do the same. Eat too much of ANYTHING and it can cause obesity (fruit included!).

If you eat meat responsibly, as I do, you won't be overweight. I'm certainly not! I'm 5'7 and I weigh 64 kg, which is exactly what I should weigh according to the doctors. I have eaten meat my entire life - mostly lean meat, and mostly "white" meat like Chicken and Fish, but I do eat pork occasionally. I have also drunk milk my entire life. And I'm not obese or suffering from any diseases (that I'm aware of).

PETA are liars. They know this much themselves. Once again, their agenda isn't to tell the truth. Meat isn't perfectly healthy, but EVEN IF IT WAS, PETA would STILL say it was unhealthy, because they have an agenda to push above all else. They are opposed to meat eating and animal-product intake on a philosophical level and believe me they are willing to lie through their teeth in order to scare people. I don't trust a damn thing PETA say because they've lied in the past, and they'll lie in the future.

For example, PETA and many other Vegan societies keep on insisting that Milk is bad for kids. Thousands of years of human civilization, eating habits and decades of scientific research prove otherwise - that Milk, taken in moderation like anything else, is perfectly healthy and safe. People have been drinking milk since the time where we learned to domesticate animals - if it truly was "so evil" then we wouldn't have drunk it for THOUSANDS OF YEARS! Milk is nutritious, contains needed calcium and is great for infants.

But PETA hate Milk on PRINCIPLE. Hell, even if Milk extended the human life span by 100 years and gave people the ability to fly, PETA would still say "No, it's evil!". And the thing is, this propaganda does damage. In Asia, PETA propaganda and lies have turned large segments of the Asian Population against milk, claiming that it'll make your kids fat like US kids! Some asian relatives of mine have taken their kids off milk (their kids are 1 and 2 years old) because PETA have told them that their kids will turn into fat little white kids if they drink too much milk! No, I'm not joking. Not only is that propaganda racist against Whites and Asians, it hurts kids who need to put on as much Bone Mass Density as possible in order to decrease the likelihood of osteoporosis.

PETA care only about one thing - the elevation of animals to the same level as humans. Hell, they'd give animals the vote if they could. In Australia, they recently came out against the swatting of flies. Again, I'm not joking. That's right - they are against the killing of flies now. They are one step away from the lunatic brigade. What's next I wonder - opposing Mosquito clearing techniques in Africa because "Mossies have rights!". PETA claim they want "equailty", but I just seem them as a bunch of animal worshippers who think Bambi, with it's talking deer, was a documentary.
Funny thing about the milk:you're naturally supposed to get lactose intolerant as you get older. It's just that some groups of humans have this mutation that prevents us from growing lactose intolerant. But I suppose that since we've obviously utilized this mutation adapted to drinking milk tot he point of becoming dependent on it, it is good for us.

Related fact: This mutation is most common in whites. In fact, at some point the Chinese referred to whites as 'milk people' because they could smell it on us.
Hey mate slightly off topic but are you being serious about the lactose intolerance as you get older, i mean i am white but i've been finding milk has often made me feel ill?
No joke. Becoming lactose intolerant as you get older is the default for mammals. However, a human is more likely to have that mutation then he is to not have it, and that is why most of us can consume milk with no ill effects.

I'm no doctor, and you should be consulting with a medical professional if you're worried about that queasy feeling....but I think how the lactose intolerance works, you would've been intolerant since you were a toddler.

Next thing you tell, tigers are criminals for killing deer for food.
they even have a special vegetarian diet for dogs/cats (which are carnivores by nature)
Now that IS animal abuse...
they also preform euthanasia on around 77% of the animal,s they save (they get them from animal shelters and say they look for good homes for the animals)
look I don`t mind putting a sick animal without any hope for recovery out of misery but allot of the animals they outright kill are very healthy and had big chances of finding a loving home

With the obvious joke out of the way... Seriously? Do they affect you that much? They are an overzealous group like any really. There's one for everything. Lol. Trust me, they don't affect me personally that much at this point, but in the past they did, so I have residual hate. I think it comes from living in an area where there are frequent protests for things I deem to be stupid, so I just lump the PETA maniacs in with the others when they are out and about.
