Balalaika and Revy from Black Lagoon. The maid too, but I can't recall her name. Sure, they use guns/knives most of the time, but watch them fight hand to hand and be amazed. Balalaika not as much as the other two, but I have to hand it to her for picking a guy completely up off the ground from behind and (I think) snapping his neck, all while not losing the greatcoat she normally wears. That, and she's a freaking Soviet Spetznaz commander or some such shit.
