No.
Please no.
Dear God, no.
These games are scraping the bottom of the Final Fantasy barrel, I don't want to see Steam sullied with their presence. Seeing FF XIII on Steam was plenty bad enough.
What was wrong with FFX? It's one of my favorite games in the series. And the combat system in X-2 is fun until you get the ultimate dress spheres (At which point it becomes 'cycle through everything until you activate them, then utterly annihilate everything with ease')
Yes, their battle system was quite good, but that was never the reason I played Final Fantasy. I played them because I wanted to be told a compelling story driven by likable, relate-able characters.
The problem is, X's story wasn't compelling, and my opinions on the characters ranged from absolutely loathed (Tidus, Rikku, Wakka) to general apathy (Lulu, Kimahri), to "How can anyone be this stupid? Why didn't you Send the pissant the first time?!" (Yuna). Auron was the only decent character, but even he could not carry the game's nonsensical story. The games focused far too much on having pretty pre-rendered cutscenes and graphics, and not enough on the horrid art design, stupid characters, gameplay (although they got lucky with the battle system) and badly-written story.
To me, every since FF VII was released, the only reason Final Fantasy existed was to look pretty. VII was the last decent game in the series, and it has only gone downhill from there. Most of the other games had some redeeming qualities (Lightning repeatedly punching Snow in the face comes to mind), but besides the battle system and graphics, not a whole lot of substance.
Also, X-2 is not a game, it is nothing but fanservice forcefully bored into the brain. Everything I said about X also applies here.
