Kayako from The Grudge. That movie really gets to me, and that character in particular haunts my dreams for weeks if I watch it.

Rush Limabaugh...(What? He's real?! Good god!)

Seriously though, Brick Top from Snatch. He is a seriously badass/evil man. He's the sort of guy that if you spilt his pint, he'd feed you to the pigs

Ditto from Pokemon.

That thing is both anything and everything. You put a Ditto in a room, and you will never know what is alive.

Pretty much any kind of small, creepy alien organism with a one-hit kill attack that turns you into an incubator, a slave or a zombie. The sense of personal violation doesn't get any worse for me than this.
Examples of this kind of horror would be facehuggers (Alien franchise), the HalfLife head crabs, the little scuttly buggers of the Flood from Halo and, of course, those creepy flying vaginas from Dead Space that turn corpses into necromorphs.

I'd go with Pennywise the dancing clown. He can be anything I fear, so he kinda already wins.

The Library Policeman. Duh. Here is my explanation:

Sam, the protagonist of The Library Policeman, has a few...odd fears. The local library is described hatefully and bad things which are also red are likened to Red Licorice. At the end of the story, he goes through a disturbing psychological journey through which he uncovers a little gem of a repressed memory: On the way to the library, while snacking on some Red Licorice, the young Sam is abducted and raped in some bushes. It is roughly a seven-page ordeal, described in great detail and is frequently likened to the story of Little Red Riding Hood. This paints a thoroughly fucked-up picture of psychological trauma and symbolism. And also, it's a kid getting raped.

So, yeah.

Going way back here, but the mages in Heretic.

You'd hear the chanting, but you had NO idea where they were...then BAM.

I jumped every. single. time.

Probably anything from Stephen King's books.

Especially Pennywise. The scariest thing ever from a book. I had nightmares for a while after reading It.

The Lord of the Flies.

It's a talking pig head on a stick. Rotten, too. I've drawn it many times, people must think I'm insane.

Also, the Grudge haunts my mind whenever I'm in a dark room... Goddammit I can almost feel those clammy hands reaching for my neck. Gahhgh.
