Aerith's/ Aeris's (take your pick, I go with Aeris) death upset, and not because she died, hell no, she was annoying and I never used her. i'm glad she's dead. Cloud should have wound up with Tifa from the start.
No her death annoyed me because now people don't stop whingeing about it, also I had like 16 pheonix downs when she died, which were useless (way to screw up the physics of your own game Square).

Although its been said many times over in past years, nothing has quite hit me as hard as.

Aeris FFVII
This actually pissed me off because:

I had an epic fuckton of phoenix downs at this point of the game, so I sat there and said "Y'know, you could just revive her..." Not that I used her much anyways.

People need to learn to use spoiler tags properly. There is no point putting one and not saying what game/book/show its from because when we click it we will have it ruined for us anyway.

Either do this:

Harry Potter
Harry died, I wish.

or this:

Harry get's shot.

If you don't know how then simply quote the post of someone who has done it, cut out the spoiler tags and stick them in your own post with whatever words you want.

As for mine:

Your characters inescapable death, despite the fact that you can have a SuperMutant with you who could go into the radiation unharmed.

All of the good guys who died except Dumbledore from 5th-7th book. None of them made any real sense or were well written. Dumbledores' was very clever, especially as we only realised why at the end of the 7th

Ben Carmine. It had no reason and was poorly written, they killed of Anthony in the first which was a surprise, but Ben's did nothing but make the game seem even more cliché.

Atlas' family. Ok, they were not really there but at the time when you thought there were it was pretty shocking.

When in the Hunter's Blades trilogy by R.A. Salvatore...
Tarathiel died. I was silently cheering him on but then he goes and gets killed by some damn over powered orc. >_<
