Everybody that tried to kill me that I didn't get to kill back, from those two who fought you in the robot to Rufus to the former president of Shinra and all those other losers. Seriously, I wanted revenge, yet they yank it from me. Also, the fact that Yuffie DIDN'T die. That angered me more. Hell, I wanted to burn down her village for that.

Now I see why people want to take over the world.

Having Price, Gaz, and Griggs die at the end of CoD4. I like to think that Price lived though; after all, the paramedic thought he wasn't far enough gone to not bother with CPR or the like.

It's the most recent thing I've played/read that made me particularly pissed at someone dying, not just sad or disappointed.

And to think it was a FPS game too.

The Soviet commander, Ourumov I think, he and some of his allies basically defied the evil communist stereotype, saving civilians from firing squads and such, too bad his douchebag nephew popped a cap in his ass

I'm sure the list goes on from there, of course they tend to always kill of my favorite characters the assholes.

We don't really know if Captain Price died or not. I'm going to assume he did since he survived from WW2 in COD2 and remained around the same age for over 60 years, so I'm going to assume he's probably god or something. Either that or one of those dudes from highlander.

Rorschach from watchmen had an epic and unavoidable death. No complaints from me.
