I heard somewhere that 'Custard' is the worst swear word...

Let's see if you can work out why :)
That's not from one of Jeremy Clarkson's columns, is it?
I think it is, but I never got it.

Break it up. "Cu-" and "-stard". The second part is "bastard". I'll leave the first part alone.

I use frak, frell, gor-ram...
but I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Belgium yet.
Is it just too offensive?

Well I got no English ones.

But I go with Arschkopf.
Literally, it translates to asshead, it only becomes funny when you know that it was probably unknown before a certain comedian used it.
Say with pseudo-turkish accent for maximum effect.

Holy Jesus on a sandwich/pogo stick/Segway (delete as appropriate), also "I don't give a tiny French crouton!"
Also, Holy Cthulhu and "beardless sober elf-lover".

Frell and smeg.... I'll let other people guess the sources :p
Frell? The hesmana you say! It's a farscape fan.

I use "Frack" quite often though I also have never seen Battlestar Galactica. It was already a light version of a swear I think you can guess.

I also use Frell sometimes. In actual speech.
