The sniper from Red Faction i think its called the Rail Accelerator, it can go through walls perfectly AND has a heat sensor, your not a real assassin, until you kill a pilot without damaging the plane and watch his plane come crashing down.
Oh and the nano rifle from Red Faction, you haven't killed someone until you have seen them being eaten alive by nano bots

I would have the portal gun, spy's knife from TF2, the Telekenesis plasmid, a lightsabre, or the Grolly.
My first answer would be lightsaber... but considering I don't have Jedi abilties I would just fuck things up. The portal gun is actually what I would get... no commute time and I could laugh at all the physicists trying to cope with it.
I'd take the Gravity Gun when it gets zapped in the citadel, I would prefer not to have to wait until an enemy was flying through the air towards me before I could fling it into a wall.
Also, I'd want to have some sort of Close Combat weapon, either the Grav-Hammer from Halo, Travis' energy swrod from No More Heroes, or the Space Marine Captain's thunder hammer from Dawn Of War II. But only if I was allowed to do the boss-kill animation.
