The fights in the Transporter series are top notch. The most creative use of a firehose goes to Transporter 2.
The fights on Avatar are amazing as well.
Naruto, when Naruto and Sasuke fought. And Lord Hokage VS Orochimaru and the First and Second Hokage.

I saw this movie over the summer and I was floored at this scene. It just keeps going. Brutal and pointless. "Put on the glasses!" This is an underappreciated movie.
