I picked up Serious Sam: Gold Edition to replace my torrented version, and Orcs Must Die, which is a really fun game and gets my recomendation.

I'm a liitle diassapointe with what's on offer for the last day though. I thought they were going to save the best till last (you know squeeze that extra bit of cash out of everyone), but the selection kind of meh. I was purposfully not spending too much money on stuff as well. Oh well, more moneys for me then.
Exactly. Dead Space? I can take it or leave it. Unless someone makes a case for it being a really great game (never really see anyone mention it), then I think I'll just save my balance for the winter sale.
Dead Space 2 is an amazing game IF you treat it like a third person shooter and not a horror game.

It's not very scary...but the controls are smooth and responsive, the guns are varied and fun to play around with (Especially the Javelin Gun), fighting the different Necromorphs is fun...It's a good game if you scare easily, since you'll be fighting your nerves when trying to line up a shot with a Slasher's flailing arms.

I got in this sale so far:

-Orcs Must Die:
-Civilization V
-Inside a Star Filled Sky
-The Witcher 2
-E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy
-Limbo
-Quake 4
-Hard Reset
-Xotic
-RAGE

All for about the price of COD: Modern Warfare 3 (360) plus two of its map-packs

On the final day I think I'll get Divinity 2, Gemini Rue, Defy Gravity Extended, Rock of Ages and Thief: Deadly Shadows.

AAaand, It looks like I'll also need to buy a bigger hard drive!

I wanted to buy mass effect 1 + 2 and a few other games, but I never got to it... That is something I really regret.

Hopefully, there will be a christmas sale or something similar.
Dude, it's 50% off right now at £10. Get it if you want it.

Considering EA and Origin, this could be your last chance before it is pulled from the Steam store! I think the likely situation is Steam bought a load of product keys from EA and once they are gone EA won't sell them any more (wanting you to buy on Origin instead), a similar thing happened with Prey only the problem was they couldn't acquire the new product-keys quick enough.

Finally picked KotOR and the GTA games.
Aside from that, I'm going to wait until the Christmas sale.

If anyone bought Section 8 and wants to do some multiplayer, pm me and we can get some stuff done.

However, I'm not impressed with Steam Sales as of late. As they are usually the same games over and over. Bioshock, CoD, GTA, Civ 5, L4d, Dead Space... and I get it. They are big sellers. But if I already got them in previous sales, and that's all they are trotting out... each sale looks less and less interesting to me.

Let's just say I bought way too many games...
The ones I can remember:
Blue Toad Murder files: The Mysteries of Little Riddle (seemed like a game with some crazy humour)
Dark Falls
Payday: The Heist
Deus Ex: Human Revolution: The Missing Link
Orcs Must Die
Limbo
Need For Speed: Shift
Sam And Max pack
Serious Sam Gold

In other words I like a lot of different kinds of games.

Just took Limbo this sale, saving for christmas sales and hoping for a little drop in price of Sonic Generation.

Orcs Must Die, and that's it. I was considering other games (FEAR 3, LIMBO, Dead Island), but the holiday sale is in a month, so why bother now when I won't touch them until then anyway?

I picked up the GTA collection, and Serious Sam HD (both of them). Picked up the Oddbox in the last sale, still haven't touched it.

And I can't play any of them because I don't have a PC at the moment. i r genius.

They had some cool stuff, but I'm pretty busy with Skyrim right now. I'm hoping they discount it on steam (Christmas Sale) though so I can pick it up for my pc and maybe a DLC if its out by then too.

I bought Limbo and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 yesterday. I will be getting Psychonauts as well. I thought of getting a Dead Space game, but not sure if I will or not. Not that I have anytime with Skyrim, anyways, but I am amassing quite a Steam collection.

I picked up Fallout: NV and all it's DLC's. Anybody knows any good graphic enhancement mods for it? Cause it's gonna be a ***** playing that game after the beauty of Skyrim.

Go to the New Vegas Nexus, check out Ojo Bueno, Imaginator, and Nevada Skies.
