one thing i have noticed about your posts, is that you are consistently a real D-Bag.
how about you stop trying to be a comedian, and actually contribute something useful.

Kickass MMORPG. Those are two words that don't go together. I have yet to find an MMO that I can honestly call a good game.

What do you want in an MMORPG?

What's fun do you? Do you want PvE? Do you want PvP? Odds are you only found WoW fun because of the community that was good for a while and then started to die down. Do you have friends that want to try things with you? That's a big factor.

Guild Wars is a much much different type of "MMO" in the fact that it relies on heavy instancing and most areas are instanced for you and your party, meaning that you'll only be with people who were in your party in town when you leave to enter an area. It has NPC bots with surprisingly decent AI who will follow you around and attack your target/attack things that you tell them to, if you want them to join you (makes it easier to level as a pure healing class, say, if you wanted to.) You can get two classes. One primary job and one secondary job. There's not really item crafting, though. You can get NPCs to make you things if you bring them the right items, but it's nothing like having a profession.

Interesting but maybe not what you're looking for. However, free to play, so that might mean something to you.

What are your tastes in theme? Fantasy? Sci-Fi? KOTOR is supposed to be really good once it's out. Could try an EVE trial out if you want.

Well, Lunia is a good one for an "Action-arcade MMORPG." I like it because its not one-click combat.

Also, there's The Endless Forest.
Its really epic! I mean, you're a deer with an odd face, and you jump and frolic, and later in the game, you can fall asleep.
Really, though, its more fun than it sounds.

Haha, well maybe I was optimistic with the word kickass!

I tried EVE once a while ago. I've got to be honest - I didn't give it much of a chance but it really didn't grab my attention much.

I would say overall as a group we prefer PvE in WoW with PvP being a distraction when we got bored.

Tastes in theme? Interesting. Not really a massive fan of the WoW theme but I don't really mind too much. I'm quite open to different styles so I guess its not a huge factor.

KOTOR looks nice indeed.

Shame it more than likely won't be out end of the year!

Life just wouldn't be good without the comedian. I mean is it that terrible having a laugh?

Given what happened recently I'd go for EVE. I don't play it myself (being a student I can barely afford any games, let alone a monthly subscription), but it's meant to be really good and now is probably the time to get into it (great upheaval, plenty of oppurtunities waiting if you join the right Alliance, etc.).

I'll have to say Guild Wars; mostly because it's fairly laid back, as well as being free to play online. (You still have to buy the actual game though)

If you go for Guild Wars, I'd recommend picking up the Factions campaign first, as it's the easiest one to get into

Apparently you haven't been in a Guild vs Guild match.

Those are pretty far from being laid back.

Wait a few months and you will be crawling back to WoW trust me. You just don't get bored of WoW, only tired. You will go play some other MMO and without even noticing it you will start to compare said game to WoW. You will soon delete the other MMO from your computer entirely and go back to WoW only to repeat the cycle when you get tired of it again. When you realize all of this, only then will you stop being able to play WoW.
