Listen, just because someone makes fun of something because it's cool to make fun of doesn't automatically make it good. It's just another one of those crappy parody movies that think "humor" means "random pop-culture references" and the only reason it got any recognition is because it's making fun of something popular. It's like the movie going audience of America is collectively saying "Alright, so any Scary Movie after the first one was crap and so was Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, Superhero Movie, and Disaster Movie, but this time it will be good."
It's actually kind of sad. It seems like all you have to do is reference a fad and you're instantly popular. It's only a matter of time before a Justin Beiber parody movie comes out.
