I just asked a girl out that I like and she said she did want to see a movie for sure. That being said she said she was too confused to know for sure if she likes me as well, but would like to see a movie and figure things out.

So as of yet, I have never had a girlfriend but if I play my cards right I might! :D

Do you count real ones? Because I had one in first grade (we didn't really date, just called each other BF and GF) But my first real one was actually this year when I was 16 (now 17)

17. Though we'd been really good friends in school since age 14. Breakup was rather messy and unpleasant. I lost one of my best friends :(

Never had one and never will. Dating's not my kind of thing
how do you know if it isnt your thing if you've never had one? Not to be rude but i call that quitting early, when there most definitely is someone out there for you

I really don't want to have a random girlfriend just for the sake of having one, like so many people I know do. I did that when I lost my virginity, and I regret it. It would have been more meaningful with someone I actually cared about.
I agree with you man, twice I've been going out with a girl just because I could, not because I particularly wanted to, neither lasted very long, I felt guilty that it meant more to them than it did to me.

Same with sex, the girl I lost my virginity to was basically in the same boat as me, neither of us wanted to become a couple, we pretty much were doing each other a favour, it wasn't a particularly fulfilling experience.
Yeah I hear that. I just keep on trucking in the hopes that someday someone actually has a connection with me and they won't be so skewed by their previous dating shenanigans to lead me on or play games with me. Still waiting on that one lol.

16 and we met at a friend of mine's house.

Turned out to be a ***** though, so it didn't last long.

Had 2 others, only 1 of which I actually cared for, and had to end the relationship due to a bad case of moving across the country. Shame to, she was a cool person, and one of the few girls who actually cared enough to get to know me.

My first boyfriend was when I was 12, it lasted for three months. Five years later he came out of the closet after dating a good friend of mine. My first real relationship was when I was 16 and lasted for over a year. It ended badly and now I'm just trying to convince myself men really aren't all douchebags like he was before I can even date again.

24, on the Internets. We were both admins helping run the same site, and it turned out that we lived fairly close to each other, so when a bunch of people got together to meet up several hundred miles away, we flew in together. Oh Internet, is there anything you can't do?
