Without more information I can't be sure, but if they make me do another goddamn companion fetch quest I'm going to be pissed. I want to be able to call up the dozen or so allies I've spent the last sixty hours recruiting, and they should be able to come.
That's basically my only request to BioWare, don't make me get new companions, or at most only one or maybe two. Your last two games have been about collecting people, so don't make this game exactly the same.

Well, there was that whole thing with the Collector base. If you blew it up, you basically gave TIM the finger and flew away with his money, his employees, and his crazy-awesome ship. Also, yourself, which cost "billions of credits".Adzma said:

OT: Nice to hear some news about ME3, now arrival's out of the way I expect the floodgates to open. The actual info didn't overly excite me, Ashley/Kaiden return was expected and the whole 'Cerberus gonna kill you' aspect seemed clear to me (I took the paragon ending to ME2).

Whooooooooo! Liara and Wrex are back! The only way that could be made even better would be by putting Wrex back in your squad. But that wouldn't mesh too well with the events in ME2.

Throw in the fact that it sounds like the dude in the trailer is voiced by the same guy who played Boromir in LOTR (who's name I can't remember) it seems safe to say that the guy from the trailer is important. And brand new. If this isn't James Sander, it's somebody else who'll be important.MatParker116 said:

Sadface that Mordin and Legion are being shoved off to the side. I couldn't really care less about Tali, but she will obviously be a huge part of the story (Admiralty Board mayhap?). Wouldn't mind seeing more of Samara or Thane, don't really care about Virmire survivor (Kaidan in my case), and Liara seems a little bit too derailed from her ME1 self. It's also kind of odd because she SHOULD be living in that mobile base.
As for game mechanics, it'd be really cool if they had a Deus Ex grid-ventory, even just for guns, but that's wishful thinking eh?
Kinda disappointed about the Reapers raining on Shepard's parade with the whole trial thing, I was hoping that it would really get dragged out. You have all of these conflicts between races, and to let the conflict of the player's race slide so easily seems like a massive cop-out. I'll be eating a bunch of rusty nails if they never even mention the Human-Batarian relations in the rest of the game.

Mm. I liked Mordin more than Liara. Liara frankly annoyed me. Also, fuck Kaiden coming back, I nuked that cocksucker in the eyes. What, he wants me to nuke him again? Because I will. I will fucking nuke Kaiden OR Ashley as often as it takes for them to stop being so fucking boring.
But seriously, "Problematic!" is the best combat call-out ever and the only one that never gets old.

If your character died in ME2 they'll force you to play a fresh save, if you try using the "LOL, dead" save.2718 said:

The weapon/class change is a nice one, and may make some other classes more appealing to me.
No mention of Miranda? Hopefully she's going to be announced later if for no other reason than I want my Shepherd to make out with her in front of Ashley any chance I get now that Ashley's confirmed as coming back as playable.
