I recently just turned 18, and experianced the joy of hiring out my first R18 movie without the need of a parent (Which was Pulp Fiction, an awesome movie for those who haven't seen it) So escapists, what was the first R18 movie you saw?

Be grateful you don't live where I do.

I can't remember what my first R movie was, it's too long ago. Probably one of the Dirty Harry or Fistfull Of Dollars films that my Dad hired, he was big on Clint Eastwood.

Was either Alien, Predator or the thing an 18? If so then when I was around 6/7. My dad thought it would be funny to show them to me, he was right and I was shit scared.

My Dad didn't really care what about the certification when we watched films when I was little, iirc it was Starship Troopers.

Robocop, but I was 10. Not a good film for a 10 year old.
Was RoboCop R18? Can't remember now...

You just reminded me that I didn't put down the very first R18 one I saw, which was the very first Chucky, at about 6-7. Needless to say I've a massive fear of dolls and mannequins.

Were these 18s? In that case, the Spaghetti Western trilogy at about the age of 7.

Most of of the movies people here of talking about are MA15+ over here in Australia, of course I'm yet to play an R18+ game (fuck you Michael Atkinson!).

The first and third in the series are R in Australia, the second one is M.

However if you saw it on TV and not video/DVD you would have seen an edited version.

When I was 7 it would have been on betamax. So I would have seen the video version. Cool!
