I've had it with overpriced map packs, didn't bother getting them. Saved my money for Bulletstorm.

While I really do want the zombie map, I don't think I'll be getting this map pack. There's plenty of other games coming out soon that will occupy my time.

I wish they would just release the zombie map by itself.
I bought black ops exclusively for zombies. Campaign has a retarded storyline and multiplayer is just as boring as ever and the controls feel more sloppy than MWF2 did for some reason.

Zombies FTW

I have no problem paying ?15 for the new zombie map. I will most likely get my money's worth from that alone. I see the other four maps as a bonus.
I've played it on the Xbox and discussed it at length with friends. We're all agreed that the maps are surprisingly complex, especially Ascension. Treyarch have really thought about how best to elevate the intensity. Stadium is extremely intense, if you want to dominate then that's definitely the one to go for first. These maps aren't some nice complimentary play pack, they aim to knock your socks off and they do it - shoes and all. Definitely worth the $15.

damn console kiddies and their rich snooty parents1! OT: this is getting out of hand, im a pc gamer, and although all my friends are console users, i have a huge pride for my platform, and it is because of this that i like battlefield. it has always been a tactical series, and large maps are like the tradition of pc gaming. treyarch unfortunately will go the same way as infinity ward, because after COD is all milked out, they will be gutted by activision, then activision will simply milk another oringinal and talented dev to its death, and so on, and so on... remember the 90$ total plus tax you had to pay for mw2 and the 2 map packs? thats almost 100$ for one game. im sick of this bullshit, and all the idiots who fall for this crap.

Oh my freaking god, why do people keep shelling out money for this tripe? Are FPS fans nowadays so braindead that they can't see they're being unreasonably charged for this?

Eh, screw it. This would be like trying to talk to a brick wall.
So... Many hours of play for the price of a round of drinks. That's unreasonable is it? Wassa matter, mummy not give you enough pocket money?

"1.4 million 360 owners can't be wrong. Right?"

PMSL. Nice.

I work, live alone, and I've hated the CoD series post-Modern Warfare 1 when the game became even more of a cash cow than it was before. I have paid for better deals on games and other things that cost less than the DLC for this game, and those things have/are giving me hours of enjoyment as well. And to me, $15 is unreasonable for the price of DLC, as it shows blatant greed from Activision's standpoint (though EA/Bioware are literally no better). It's not about affordability, it's about choosing to not get scammed.
