Nice example of unnecessary violence by US police though. Deputies is a plural form. How the fuck do they manage to not control one guy who's without a coherent thought? That's just plain unprofessional, those guys are not fit for duty if they can't arrest someone who's not resisting, with 2 or more officers, without using weapons.

How does being incoherent make you easier to subdue? If anything it makes you more difficult as you are acting irrationally and with little to no regard to self harm. According to the article the man was resisting, it said he tried several times to flee. I would agree that fore is used more frequently than necessary by police officers but it seems that it was perfectly justifiable in this instance.
