Love? Well, it can certainly be simulated and the user could experience the emotions associated with it. True love between two souls? No, robots/androids, don't have souls.
As much as the character of Johnny Five appeals to me, "They just run programs". No matter how intricate a program is or how closely, even perfectly, it mimics human behavior, it is still a code script, not a soul. Of course, some will argue that humans don't have souls, and that our behavior is essentially a very very very complex code programmed by our parents, environment, and experience. I agree that a majority of our behavior is "programmed", but I still believe in the soul and the "human" element.
Sex? Physically, you could make a robot/android that could be as physically gratifying as the real deal. For me, being the kind of person who has only had sex with their spouse, I couldn't imagine the same total experience with a robot. Sure, I've masturbated, it's physically gratifying, but that's it. I'd imagine sex with a robot/android to be about the equivalent of very elaborate masturbation.
