Easy, I only eat it when it is just shy of burnt. It is really the only way I will eat bacon. I'm not a fan of chewy meat, I don't like that kind of texture.

I'd like to bring up the issue of what we call hamburgers "ham"burgers.

Just so you know, it's from a town called Hamburg, hence the name Hamburger (Just like a Berliner is from Berlin, a Hamburger is from Hamburg).

On Topic:
I think Roast beef that is served to you in any way other than medium rare is wrong. So many Delis will give it to you cooked all the way through and it has lost all it's flavor.

Also, I want to know who ruined chocolate for America? It's like chocolate makers have only heard of cocoa in a passing dream. I always have to look for European chocolate when I want some good, dark chocolate.
