Bingo-bango, that's what the UP is! The UP is a desolate place, not unlike the Wastelands of Fallout 3. Yes, we had our fair share of wild game, but when it came to wordly foods, we lacked quite a bit. Lets put it this way, I was born in 83, and we didn't get cable TV until 1990.
