If you like that sort of thing, and have the money, then get it. I think that the car is cool, but far too expensive, and the rest of the content is just basiclly early access to maps.

Don't see your logic here. Thats £130 for everything. By all techniqality, you'd only be paying £60 for the RC car, as it's £70 for the hardened edition, and thats around £20 dearer then the normal game. It's the hardened edition which is a con, as that gives four maps slightly earlier before everyone else, an avatar outfit, which will be released at some point and a poxy medal.
