I would not die for any country, ESPECIALLY not my own, my government deserves to get taught a lesson. And to me the idea of risking my life for my country is... not my thing. I value life, I would put my life on the line for close friends and family, but I am not going to go leave them alone for who knows how long risking my life in combat. I personally hate war, and you are not going to get me to fight in one for either side too soon.

As much hate and prejudice as we Americans get hit with, y'all are still our allies politically. And if there is ever another war in the European theater or if terrorists flew giant planes into the Sorbonne or Parliament or Tokyo Tower or whatever, I'd suit up to go help them.

So, I am an American and the only way I would fight for this country was in a Civil war... against the Federal government.
As for other countries, I would totally join/form an American brigade to fight for Poland if it where ever invaded... hell I would probably join them if they decided they wanted to F with Germany or Russia for a change. I would also help Israel if they ever re-grew their balls and decided to mop the floor with all their hostile neighbors.

And on a side note anyone who declares themselves a pacifist should be beaten with sticks until they decide they aren't pacifists anymore, because pacifism only works when your adversary really really doesn't want to hurt you... otherwise you and anyone hoping you would protect them get to die.
