It really, really, reallyyy doesn't matter. So this guy has a conscious and admits something....it doesn't make a difference which news station he works for...all news you will ever read anywhere will always be rumors, theories, lies and all of them will be biased....maybe a few truths thrown in there. if were lucky.

This is why people think Fox is a joke, it's the behavior more than the talking points they espouse. It's often just as unprofessional as your clip shows. They often act derogatory when they go off their discussion points and no one there seems to give a shit.

Since when has Fox News not had just as much integrity (or lack there of) than any other news organization? I hate to break this to you but just because Fox leans to the right as opposed to left doesn't make them any more (or less) dishonest than their competitors.

So the OP must excuse me for completely failing to take him seriously when he complains about the need for unbiased reporting. Fox News is a channel on which many Conservatives have talk shows. At least in Fox, the bias is generally out in the open. I've heard Brian Williams on NBC Nightly News refer to "Republican fat cats," and his is supposed to be one of the absolutely neutral network news programs? Every show on any network has its bias. At least Fox generally has some amount of honesty to go with it.

I can't stand to read any of HuffPo's editorials because you're right, the bias is disgusting. The important difference here is, I can subscribe to HuffPo and only read the stories I feel are relevant (like this clip, which I couldn't locate anywhere else), while Fox News has over 1mil regular viewers and has mobilized a good percent of them to protest the government.

Just because they are often wrong, doesnt mean they are always. I was watching the O'Reily factor once out of boredom and figuring knowing the other side is a strength, he said soem things that were right. Even admitted that both sides do the same thing (glorify self, bash other) and neither has some crazy agenda.

One: Rush Limbaugh is not a racist. Two: he doesn't work for Fox News, so great job there.

How about instead we fire the anchors at other stations who kept repeating racist quotes who were attributed to Limbaugh but turned out to be outright fabrications? Networks like MSNBC (which is far more biased than Fox News) barely acknowledged their mistake and didn't even issue an apology.

You know why everyone really hates Fox News even though they're just as slanted as the other networks? It's because they lean right instead of left. Now who are the hypocrites?

I am perfectly comfortable with the fact i hate FOX for being right wing, this does not make me a hypocrite. But some people DO hate it for other reasons ( like the republicans who still hate FOX news despite being republicans). I also avoid watching FOX and avoid disrespecting it every chance i get, a concession i will spare you;

Firstly, when you take the political bias out of FOX news, what you are left with is a particularily boring Highschool Newspaper full of incompetent journalism, this alone is reason enough to despise soemthing that is supposed to bring quick, accurate and complete information to it's viewers ( as implied by the term 24 hour NEWS network). Secondly, it is plain that FOX have deliberately sacrificed said competence in favor of plugs, pads and éloges of every fat, ageing capitalist they can get their hands on. This wilful lack of integrity echoes the political viewpoint that they so vigorously endorse.

People don't hate FOX because they're right-wing, they hate them for the same reasons people hate the right-wing - they're wrong, they know it, and they don't care.
