I listen to music, if it's a longer term frustration. I don't get frustrated easily, because I've got the nerves and patience of steel. Or not.

At the moment, playing Dead Rising 2.

Killing zombies, pretending they're pricks I know helps me.

According to psychological studies, "Catharsis" while widely perceived to help with frustration, is pretty ineffective. You may need to lower your expectations, then you'll find that you'll fail to meet them less often. This is not a joke, if you feel like you are frustrated all the time, your expectations may be to high. Either that or you just need to try harder until you succeed at your endeavours.

I calm myself down, taking deep breaths and saying "Calm, zen and peace."

I usually run around the survivors instead of punching them...

OT:I generally just go and play a Shooting game's Campaign mode on Easy and laugh as I feel like some form of undiscovered religious deity all the while singing my own theme song and pretending I have a monocle and top hat made out of lightning.

this thought train generally gets me to laugh hard enough to forget what I was frustrated about.

"When the stress burns my brain just like acid raindrops, Mary Jane is the only thing that makes the pain stop.
I let the music take over my soul, body and mind to kick back relax one time."

Not sure if it works for you.

Taking the dog for a walk, talking to friends (dependent on whether or not frustration allows me to be sociable. Sometimes it doesn't) or reading Scott Pilgrim until I stop feeling annoyed, and start feeling awesome.

There are other options that are perhaps NSFW, but other people have mentioned them.

I listen to music.

Case in point, this:

I've posted this a good 4 or 5 times, but damn is it cheerful. Though, the English version is rather more depressing.

'You will never leave again, hahahahaha!'

Games of course. Nothing makes me feel better than grappling some random enemy, and shooting them in the face with a laser. Gotta love take your anger out on the game.
