The baddererest movie that I've ever seen is: Barbie: Swan Lake. My sister was watching it and it happened to catch my eye. I sat down until the end of the movie. I almost went emo...

Requiem For A Dream gave me severe panic attacks... jesus christ I hate that movie.

I was also pretty scarred by Identity, but that movie is just fucked six ways from Sunday.

The First time I watched Misery I was freaked so much because of my plans to become a writer. I still love that movie though :D

I'd say when I first saw musicals like Rocky Horror Picture Show and Repo! The Genetic Opera I found my self pretty weirded out.

After watching MovieBob's review of Splice, I decided to look up his Human Centipede reference. Just to see what it's about. What the fuck? Why would anyone make this? Who wants to see this?
That's weird, I did the exact same thing as you did haha. Actually, I had to get up and think about something else for about half an hour after watching the trailer because watching it made me feel physically sick. I'm still queasy, actually... I mean, that is one messed up movie. I mean, mouth to anus??? What the hell??

Other than that, the only movies I can think of that are messed up are the SAW movies.
Those movies make me ashamed to be Australian (the creators are Australian, I fairly sure) because they are so disgusting.
But, surprisingly, they are less disturbing than the human centipede...

Human Centipede isn't that bad.

OT: Cannibal Holocaust, Visitor Q and Salo: The 120 Days of Sodom.

You can probably tell by the names that they aren't exactly kid friendly. Or human friendly, really.

Serbian Film, DO NOT LOOK IT UP.
You telling me not to look it up got me curious, so I looked it up. Sadly, I couldn't find much about it on Wiki or IMDB. All I got was that it's about a porn star who goes to a porno set where the director kills people.
Won't go into detail... but newborn + Raped to death... all you need to know.

Well, The Wall, for one.
That wasn't a movie, it was a drug disguised as a movie. Half of it didn't even make sense.
The Wall...oh, what to say about The Wall? Except, that it's the best fucking 2 hour music video ever made. It doesn't have to make much sense. It's simply a continuous montage of pure awesome. 'nuff said, really. Animation kicks ass, too. Makes more sense the more you understand the history of 'Floyd-- Waters and Barrett, especially. Otherwise it really is just a dense, metaphorical swamp. But still pure awesome.

Requiem for a Dream is one of those movies I remember for being simply amazing. What a commentary on the human condition, the lengths we'll go to realize our greatest fantasies at any cost, while never realizing the harm we cause ourselves and others along the way. A truly brilliant piece of film. But then I see it again and walk away horribly depressed....just to do it again a few months later. Glutton for punishment?

I'll pick Pi as my ultimate WTF? movie. Just....very bizarre, all the way through. Those freaky camera glitches are freaky, and that thing with the drill? *brr*

Repo! was awesome. Fucked up, yes, but amazing.

Anyway, you were asking about Identity. The movie is a murder mystery... there is a psychotic killer being readied for execution, and his story is told along with that of ten guests at a motel who are killed off one by one in horrific ways.

At the killer's appeal hearing, his journal is read, and explains that he suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder, and has ten distinct personalities. One of those personalities is brought forth and reveals that the events at the motel are taking place in the killer's mind, and the people who are dying are the personalities; they're being killed off by the killer's homicidal personality.

I won't actually spoil the ending for you, but suffice it to say it screwed me up.

Well lets see there is Transmorphers a weird low budget mix between the matrix, terminator and transformers. Then there is Teeth...nuff said, if you've seen it then you know why. Then finally there was a zombie film that was really horrible. It had all the stereotypical characters and then some making the same stupid mistakes except that the end was really, really odd when they found out that the way not to become a zombie was,
to consume massive amounts of alcohol, I assume being drunk would be the last thing you would want to do in a zombie apocalypse

I still think Dead Alive, or Brain Dead depending on the title change, is one of the most ridiculously gory and grotesque movies ever made and I had to try really hard to avoid throwing up towards the end of it.
It's been about two years and I still have just barely recovered.
But...but...but...that's like the funniest movie ever!

On topic, I'd say the most fucked up movie I've seen is The Poughkeepsie Tapes. I've seen so many disturbing movies in my day, and yet that's the only one that's ever made me feel dirty.
