I don't get this one. Where's the comma missing and how does that make it funny?

I mean the exploring thing is funny, i'll give you that, but I don't see how lacking a comma makes this one funny.

Another one was posted on a fence in a desert: "WARNING: TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT. SURVIVORS WILL BE SHOT AGAIN".
