It's better for everyone involved than the kid getting a kick in the face because of it.

Funny. Nothing but funny.

I'm also going to join in with the 'where the hell do children bite people?' thing.

A friend told me about this (except the story wasn't exactly the same). And yeah. I thought it was absolutely hilarious.
In fact, I would've done this myself (Okay, not really ... I would've picked that little brat up by the neck and hurled him into a shelf). God, I hate kids, if one should ever bite me, then he had better hope I'm not holding anything heavy/spiky in my hands at that moment in time. I'd be the worlds worst pedophile.
...what?
Sorry, I mean, I am the worlds worst pedophile. (Not meaning at the exact moment that I'm holding a spiky/heavy object) (By this I mean - I hate kids)

IT WAS DRUNK POST - DISREGARD.
...what?

Its mean spirited, and not really..funny in any way. That being said, the only thing I hate more than children, are parents that don't take responsibility for their spawn.

So lets call it neutral. XD.

Hilarious.

And if you feel guilty, think about the incredible relief and celebration she'll feel when the kid gets tested and is negative.

lol.
Cept you have to get tested right away, then at 3 months, then 6.... it's the kind of thing they want to make absolutely sure about. Oh and I'm sure like all kids he just LOVES needles.

Bet he doesn't bite people any more..

I've seen this exact story posted in so many different places on the internet by so many different people. I can't remember if my old, assholish self thought it was funny, but it certainly isn't anymore.

That's actually educational for the kid. Now he will never bite anyone again because his first thought would be "what if this guy is HIV positive"

I thought it was hilarious. I would probably do the same thing.

If it stops the kid from biting people its not just win but the best thing he could do. Especially if mother doesnt do anything about it. Id smack my kid if it did that.

Wait, in what country are kids running around, biting people in supermarkets?
This is exactly what I thought. If there is such a place some drastic cultural changes need to be implemented.

I read that years ago, but yes, that is pretty much the BEST THING EVER. I love that story so much. I kind of want to do that myself. That story is amazing. I feel no guilt whatsoever for laughing at that.

I would've just kicked the fucker...
I hate children so much, though thankfully I've never been bitten by one.

By religious standards that is terrible.

But by average human standards that is jut genius. This man deserves our praise. If the Mom thinks it's OK for her little kid to run around biting hard enough to draw blood then she need something to get that brat in line.
Overall I ate out of control kids. Hell I'm not comfortable with the quiet ones.
By religious standards? Do you think that all religions have the same ethical codes, laws, or moral guidelines?

OK so yes the kid should not be biting people and the mother should be watching them but this is close to the line of going too far. Very very close.

I am a father myself and I can't stand parents that let their kids run around and do whatever they want. I always keep an eye on my little girl when we are out so that she doesn't do anything she shouldn't.

Provided the guy was really kidding about being HIV positive, I applaud him. Parents need to learn to control their kids, I'm a subscriber of the 'parent license' idea (needing to pass a etst to prove you can handle being a parent before you can have kids). So if some parent is too crappy to stop their kid from biting people (which really is dangerous anyway, what if the person really was infected with such a condition?) then a good scare like that is most certainly called for, I feel.

Fortunately, I've never had to deal with that, which is weird because I work in a supermarket part time and the worst I've had is kids screaming and crying. And even then, very little, it's actually much worse on public transport (which I tried to avoid anyway at university since I always lived within cycling distance of anywhere I needed to go, and the train station). Though my Nan has stories of me as a little kid when I apparently used to love winding up my late grandfather, particularly on holiday (apparently I would be playing somewhere and he'd call for me to go back to the Butlins/Haven/Whatever chalet, I'd wait for him at the top of the climbing frame, and as he slowly climbed the steps I'd wait, then when he got to the top go down the slide and run to the other side, and rinse and repeat - took him forever to catch me, usually when I got bored :p).

I'm chalking that one down as funny, albeit rather mean-spirited.

"Crying like the **** she is", was unnecessary and causes me to regard the writer in the same light as everyone else involved.

Also, amusing though it is, I severely doubt it actually occurred. The original writer was probably bitten by a kid then went home and boasted about his totally awesome and completely imaginary revenge.
