Funny Things Sony Announce on the 20th February

OK, it's likely that the PS4 will be announced, but lets pretend it ends up being something else, ridiculously bad? Or peripherals for the up and coming PS4.

- the PS4 controller will include 'sniff sensor', giving out waffs of smells just like that in the game you're playing. Not only do you follow Drake in Uncharted, but you can smell him too!

- the historical war of Japan VS the Enemy Giant Crab gets a sequel, announced as a launch title

- The Vita is dropped with immediate effect, and replaced with the VitaGO. Games are digital download only

- Not only are games download only, via Sony's store, but in order to play them, you must use a new Eye Sensor every time you start a game, to prove you are, in fact, an owner of that said game you've purchased.

-they're going to change the name of SEN back to PSN.

-they're releasing an updated version of Move with two balls instead of one.

-to combat piracy they're going to remove the 'play game' feature on PS3's

Sony announce that there new console will be 1600p and the port is only DVDI-2 and require a Sony TV called Sony Screen, the only TV with this port at launch to play on. being a 32" with the console for ?800 or the console on it's own for the prices mentioned earlier.

All games require 4 players to function. Single-player is now a myth! Because we want to bring people closer together ^^ Still only comes with 1 controller; you have to buy the other 3! But you can do that for only £34.95 each! Each controller will be permanently registered to ONE console, after which it cannot be used with another.

OT: Camera's and Motion Sensors on everything, even the power cord, so you can upload videos of yourself changing the fuse directly to twitter.

The PS4 will be released in Europe and Australia tomorrow and will cost £25. The rest of the world will have to wait until Christmas, and pay 5-10x the cost for no discernible reason.
