Alexander looked on at the two, slightly ammused...but that wouldn't last for long. He knew that this would escalate into a full blown fight if he didn't. He groaned to himself. He really didn't come just to be a mediator.

"Alright, the both of you, calm the fuck down.", He said, walking in between them them to stop any further attacks. "This isn't the time to screw around and start fighting. Besides, what does fighting like dogs prove? That our enemies are right? That we are just beasts? No, we're going to deal with this like inteligent beings and we are going to do it now. So, mind telling us why one of our brothers were so close to that Vampire fortress anyways?"

Jack bared his fangs but managed to get himself under control before he attacked Curtis his face turning sad and solemn.
"The one that was killed was a young one only a few months turned.I warned him and everyone not to go around acting like a damn fool especially so close to the vampire fortress but he snuck out one day and I guess he got it in his mind to go vampire hunting and we see what happened to him.I mourn our fallen younger brother but everyone knows what's it's like to be freshly turned you get drunk with the new found power and think you're more of a badass than you really are.Since the incident I've split up the rest of my pack and sent them to other Alphas. It's just me in this area now."

Resuming human form, Curtis looked at Alexander. "Thank you" Shaking his head, he muttered "I lost control there. I always had a short temper, but since I was turned it's gotten shorter." Placing his hand on Jack?s shoulder he said. "I am sorry brother, I acted without thinking."

Taking a few steps away from the other two, he rubbed his face. "Well I would say now'd be the time to go help the others we heard earlier, but its most likely a trap if they're not dead already. Jack, I think it would be best if you returned and told King William what you told us. If the fangs were to attack it would be here, and we lack the numbers to defend it."

Walking to the door, Curtis resumed his lycan form. "I'm going to see if there are any others out there stupid enough to test the borders, and hopefully stop them." With that he took off into the woods, hoping that no more young one died needlessly tonight.

I'm assuming our characters are 'people' of high rank in their respective circles.

*Lyon climbed back out of the sewers, where she entered. There was three vampires waiting for her there.*

*She grinned, showing her fangs.*

"To what do I owe this pleasure?" *She asked them.*

"Kill her!" said one of the vampires, instead of answering her question.*

*Lyon laughed, as they came towards her. She grabbed one of the vampires, by the head and squeezed, crushing his head. Most of his brain ended up on the sidewalk, while she ripped the remainder of his head off and began chewing in on it. She hadn't eaten for awhile.*

"Who wants to die next?" She said while chewing on their friend. Bitter, she thought to herself.*

*The vampires looked hesitantly at her.*

*Lyon didn't have all night, so she threw the head away and pulled her sword in a sweeping
motion, killing the closest vampire effectively by cutting of his head.*

"Well, I guess that leaves you."

*The vampire pulled out a gun and fired it at her. She dodged a silver bullet, ripped the vampire's arm off and took the gun from it.*

"You scum sure like these toys, don't you?"

*She shot him in the head with it, but it wasn't as effective as decapitating him, so she shot him again and again. Until there was no bullets left in the gun. She crushed the gun in her hand and cut off what was actually left of that bloody mess he used to call a head. She wanted to be sure he was dead.*

"Well, you shouldn't have fucked with me."

*She grinned, strapped her sword on to her back again, began running and jumped onto a nearby building, climbing up on the roof. On her way, somewhere else.*

Satasfied with how this ended, Alexander stepped from inbetween them. He just had one question though, who were the fools being attacked at the moment?

He suspected that it was probably one of the packs that Jack had scattered his own too and he hoped to find that out later, but for now he decided to follow Curtis. Besides, who knows what he would get himself into, What with the vampires and angered brother about. Besides, judging from the last encounter, he may need the help.

"I'll come with.", he said to Curtis before turning into his lycan form, with his dull black fur, and following him.

The good thing was that the werewolves were angry enough to charge her. The bad thing was that they had enough of a plan and were both attacking her at once. Time for plan B? she flipped back into a tree and vaulted into the air. The thick branches gave her enough time to survey the lycans as she was in the air. Huh... neither of them look that bad~ The bigger one crashed through first, swinging a heavy paw towards Catherine, but she was just out of his reach. The other had come up below her instead of wasting time trying to get through the branches, and she almost fell into its mouth, suffering instead a nasty bite as wicked teeth ripped into her shoulder. Damn... a little help? She lifted her legs up to avoid a slash that instead hit the younger lycan in the stomach, forcing him to release her.

Okay, I've lost count of how many wolves are still alive right now. 3 or 2? Once I figure that out I'll post.

Edit: Okay, I think I figured out.
The werewolf that had knocked Ernst onto his back had gotten off and ran over to help it's ally attack Catherine. Now free to grab his weapons, Ernst headed over and removed the knives from the still warm corpse of the lycan he had killed and wiped the blood onto it's fur. Seeing that Catherine was having trouble with her two, Ernst moved over to shed more blood.

Moving behind one, he wrapped his arms around it's torso and stabbed his knives into it's gut. The beast let out a roar and began to claw at the vampire behind it, but while the lycan was doing so, Ernst let go of his knives and whipped out his third one, before plunging it's into one it's kidneys. Now the werewolf really howled and while it hauled Ernst over it's shoulders, the vampire wrapped one of his arms around it's head and began to savagely stab it's skull with his blade, a psychotic grin on his face while he did so.

With little time to thank Ernst she landed flat on her back and linked her shears together, clamping it closed in his groin. She undid the blades as it tried to punch her, planting one into its fist and twisting. Rolling out from under the mass she planted the other knife in its neck before sprinting back into the clearing, drawing it with her and leaving Ernst with the other.

Curtis took off at full tilt through the woods, branches and brush tearing at him, but he paid it little heed. The anger was still there, gnawing at him, fighting for control. He needed to rip tear and smash, to rend flesh and break bone, he needed a fight. He did briefly entertain the idea of going to help the fight they'd heard earlier, but for all he knew there where thralls with silver loaded assault weapons waiting.

Turning towards downtown, and the club district where the fangs liked to hunt, Curtis realized Alexander was following him. Let's see what sort of legs he's got. He thought, grinning to himself. With that he put on a burst of speed, and leapt onto the rooftops.

So, He wants a challenge does he? Well then, i'll give him one. Alexander thought as Curtis realized he was following him. Being a bit lither than other werewolfs when he changed, it certainly gave the impression that he wouldn't keep up (or just wasn't eating enough) but that thought was laughable at best to him. He could keep up easily due to his thinness and lesser weight and thus jumped up to the rooftops also, keeping a good pace with Curtis.

Going to have to try better than that, Curt.

Jack took off towards the wolf stronghold soon after Curtis and Alexander left arriving there in a little over and hour he slowly walked into the room where William was sitting. The King looked off into the distance as if pondering something after a few moments he snapped back to Earth.

"You must be the Alhpa."

"Yes King my name is Jack."

"Well then explain what happened to our young brother."

Jack did so and the King listened all the while remaining impassive after hearing the story he stood and strode over to Jack standing only a few feet away from him.

"Well what do you suppose I do about this?"

"King I hereby renounce my title of Alpha and I shall banish myself from this city.I'm no longer worthy of being called brother I shall live out the rest of my days in solitude."

"Very well.Normally I'd punish you with death but I don't want more wold bloodshed.Begone Jack may you live the rest of your years well."

"Thank you King." With that Jack ran out of the stronghold and far away from the city never to be heard from again.

William watched him go with sad eyes but knew it was necessary. After he was gone William decided to go outside for a little while and get some fresh air so he stood outside of his stronghold breathing deep and surveying the surroundings.

Curtis smiled as he heard Alex hit the roof behind him. Lets not play around...full burn! With a push he put all his energy into his legs, and took off at a speed someone his size shouldn't be able to do. Quickly out pacing Alexander, he glanced back. I hope he's got some more in him, I'm starting to have fun!

Oh, ho, ho. We have a regular olimpian here, do we?

Alexander dug deep and pulled out not only enough speed to keep up but to start gaining on Curtis, albeit slowly. He knew he could catch up, but he didn't know how long he could last afterwards, running this fast. He hadn't pushed himself this hard in a few weeks and figured that he must have dulled a bit since then. He also figured that he could last longer than Curtis could which led to his next thought.

Hah, gonna need more than speed to shake me!

As he finished reloading, Vincent saw Catherine and Ernst facing off against the two elders, and Tim trying to fend off the younger wolf with what looked distinctly like a tree. laughing a little, Vincent yelled at Tim to duck, leaving him with a clear shot. 3 silver bullets flew into the beast's face, making it howl and recoil, before collapsing. Figuring that the younger wolf would die from 3 silver bullets, Vincent turned his attention to the larger fight. The two vampires seemed to be coming off badly, so Vincent leapt onto the back of the nearest wolf, leading with his silver blade, which plunged into the beast's back, directly between its shoulders. Clinging on for dear life as the beast thrashed in pain, he tried to take aim at the other, larger wolf, the thrashing of his other victim somewhat offputting.
"Thought you could do with a hand over here", shouted Vincent at the other two vampires. Twisting his blade around in the wolf's back, he aimed at the larger wolf, and tried to get a clear shot past Ernst, who was now clinging onto the wolfs face, filling its skull with holes. Deciding the head was a lost cause, Vincent opted to make Ernst's ride easier by crippling the wolf, and fired his remaining three bullets into the beast's legs. As the beast slumped to the ground, Vincent smiled once more, the thrill of the fight washing over him, and clubbed his own mount over the head with his revolver, knowing that it would achieve little beyond causing the beast pain - which was always good. "Wish i'd brought more ammo", thought Vincent, re-holstering his now-empty revolver...

Crap, Curtis thought as Alex began to pull along side. That skinny bastard is faster than I thought. I'm gonn... His train of thought was suddenly derailed by the overwhelming smell of vampires and human blood.

Braking hard, he dropped low, sniffing the air to better locate and understand the scent. "You smell that?" He whispered, "Two fangs, and some humans, close." Creeping close to the edge of the roof and looking down into the alley, where the vamps were busy feeding.

The pair had attacked what looked like four women who were out clubbing. They'd already finished with two of them and were so engrossed with their meal that they failed to notice the lycans above. From the smell of things, Curtis could tell these fangs where older, at least two decades since they were turned, and best of all one was almost as big as he was.

Turning to Alexander, his face stretched with a slightly manic grin he said, "The big one is mine!" Letting loose with an unearthly sounding howl, Cutis leapt from the rooftop, landing squarely on the larger vampire.

William eventually tracked down a vampire that was leading an unsuspecting woman into a dark alley obviously to make a meal out of her William stayed a good distance away as he followed the pair carefully stalking his prey his heart thumping from the thrill of the hunt he knew he only had to wait a minute longer.

Alexander stopped quickly, nearly overshooting Curtis. He hadn't noticed it but there was the scent of blood and death in the air, a clear sign that vampires were around.

As he gathered himself, Curt yelled something about how he got the big one and jumped down. Alex guessed he had found out where they were so he jumped down to after him, landing next to the second vampire. Realizing what was next to him, he quickly turned and tackled the other vampire, pining him to the ground.

He looked up quickly to see that curt had landed squarely on his and was dealing with his before he turned to his own which was trying to turn the tables on him. He noticed that this was an older vampire and could easily get the upper hand if allowed so he decided to end it here and now. He leaned down quickly and bit into the vampires throat, making sure to get a good grip so that if the vampire pushed him off Alexander would take a sizable chunk out of his neck, almost beheading him.

He then flailed the vampire around a bit, sort of like a dog with a chewtoy, trying to cause the thing as much pain as possible, thinking, 'Love to drain women by their necks, huh? Well let's see how you like it, being bitten and dying from the neck!', images of his sister coming up as he did.

With a satisfying crunch, Curtis drove the vampire's face into the ground with his feet. He leapt off and turned to face the vamp, as he watched Alex tear the throat out of his target, from the corner of his eye. Releasing his victim, and wiping the dirt from his face, the vampire?s eyes burned red hot with rage. "YOU FLEA BITTEN MONGREL CUR!! I'M GOING TO SKIN YOU ALIVE, AND USE YOUR PELT AS A THROW RUG!!!"

Curtis? lip curled in a sneer. "Good you?ve got some fight in you...let's dance!' Rushing in with an over exaggerated left hook, he wanted to see just how good his opponent was. The vamp easily avoided the swing, back flipping away to create distance. As he landed, Curtis saw he'd adopted a knife fighters stance, the bright shine of a polished sliver blade in one hand and a dull steel gleam in the other.

The vampire attacked fast, faster than Curtis had counted on. Fortunately he was fast enough to avoid or block most of the blows, but some still got through, steel and sliver slicing into his arms and chest. FUCK, FUCK, FUCK I need an opening...THERE! He thought, watching as the vampire appeared to telegraph a thrust with the steel blade towards his face.

As his hand snaked out to stop the first knife, he realized it was a feint. The second, and more importantly silver blade was streaking for his mid section. With no time to think, Curtis did the only thing he could. Instead of knocking the steel blade away he let it bite into his hand, his fingers wrapping around the guard, and his claws biting deep into the vampire's hand. Simultaneously he deflected the sliver blade away from his middle, while he'd spotted it too late to totally avoid the blow, he could deflect the damage.

Knocking the second blade aside, it sunk it to his thigh, searing pain radiated through his body. Curtis roared in pain, causing the vampire to grin. "I've got you now fur ball." He sneered, not realizing his second blade missed its mark.

Just keep chewing on your target (if you want), I'm going to finish this one off in next post. I just can't think anymore right now :)

Also noticing Tim with the branch, Catherine paused for a moment, just staring. An angry roar jolted her out of thoughts and she spun, narrowly missing a claw. "I'll take this..." she grabbed the blade sticking out of the wolf's fist and ripped it out, taking most of the hand with it. Her boot found his neck and she took the other dagger out of his neck, releasing a fountain of blood that soaked her a little more than she found comfortable. Instead of killing it she stuck the blades in its mouth and ripped them out the sides, rendering his jaw useless before jumping back to avoid the counter.
