Specifically things you wernt expecting and caused either a What the Heck? or MY EYES! THEY BURN! experirence. Most recently for me was the Section 7 thong scene in transformers 2, great cries of agony erupted from the unprepared audiance at the showing I went too, with a few snickers from the sick twits who knew it was coming and were waiting for our reaction. Anybody else got moments like that that stick out in their minds?

When i watched The Final Destination, when the mother of 2 got her torso crushed underneath a flying engine block. I found that extremely brutal.

In a Romeo and Juliet film, our two horndogs have sex for the first time. This isn't shown on screen but what is is them sleeping on the bed.
