Samus ran towards the units. "Quick! We don't have much time! Zelos, you and I take the west end. Everyone else with us take the north. As for the seargent's people, two of your lot take the west and everyone else takes the south. Everyone gets one Deagle and one M4. Quick people, we don't have much time!" Samus exclaimed as she went off to help out in the calalmity.
As the people were preparing for battle, the radio delivered a message again. THis time the message was about the missiles. They were coming in five minutes. Another message told them that the walking soldiers were coming in 8 minutes. This was going to be a dire battle.
The sergeatn walked out of his tent "People! I've gotten som real talent in for the battle." he turned around, and a car drove in to the camp. A fully armored guy* went out of the car. He swung his weapon up on his shoulder, and looked at everyone.
"No time for admiring, people! Samus! You're with Master Chief". The sergeant grabbed a M4, and ran up to the west part "Let's give these people some hell!"

"Wait... Who?" was Samus' response to this. "I've never heard of this "Master Chief" you speak of."
She then looked at Zelos "A missile is like a giant, metal flying thing that, when it hits something, blows it up. That's why we need to take them out before they get near us."
"Me neither" Wolf said to Samus as he walked by her. But I'm guessing the sergeant have. Just look at how he admires him"
Wolf walked of to his post. Getting his gun ready for the upcoming fight
Okay, listen. Times like these, this is most important. Remember Placeholds! Put in a placehold before you post. Thus making sure you're not ninja'd. Please remember that
As Samus went off to look for Zelos, she could hear screams "Missiles! Mis-fucking-siles!"
they looked up into the sky at the north end. There were two huges missiles flying directly towards the base. They were so big that if these were packed with explosives, they would be the equivilent of nukes.
"oh god." one of the soldiers said as he came over readying his M4 "it's headcrabs"
"What the hell is that?" Samus heard someone who was clearly Zelos yell. She saw him standing and staring at the odd looking monsters. "Well, here goes nothing," Zelos said, releasing a fireball towards the missile.
It is one of Zelos' spells and it is low energy cost
The fireball hit the missile. It did damage to the missile, and made it slightly richochet for half a second. But the missile got back on course and is still moving towards the base
"Allright! That was a bit! But we still need more firepower! No pun intended!" the sergeant yelled. Now the soldiers were readying their guns and taking aim
Yoshi had climbed on top of another overpass, he saw the incoming missile and had to think fast. He noticed a smallish piece of cement and he grabbed it with his tongue, taking aim he shot it at the missile. It hit and the missile wobbled, he didn't know whether it would be knocked off course or continue on.
Sheik readied his gun and waited for the enemies that were soon to come. He looked around at the soldiers, each had their gun, each would wait until Sheik gave the order to shoot. Sheik looked down at his gun. His practice did not train him to shoot at moving targets.
I feel completely unprepared for this. I only know how to shoot at a tree, not moving targets.
As the missile steared towards the base, Sergeant ran forward to assist in taking it down. He ran all the way to the edge, bumbing into Wolf. This almost made Wolf fall off the edge, but he managed to regain his balance
Thanks to Yoshis cement throw, the missile was enough off course to miss the highway they were on. But this was only by half a meter, and it hit the sergeant. The sergeant were knocked of his feet. He fell off the cliff, grabbing the closest thing to try and hold on to. That was an unprepeared Wolf, wich resulted in them both falling off. They were able to hold on to the edge, but not for long.
It seemd as the sergeants soldiers were too busy firing at the missiles to notice any of this action, and both Sergeant and Wolf were slipping
I'm sorry, AE. But it says nowhere that the missile has landed, and the missile is the only place headcrabs can come from. And I am intentionally taking movement slower than usual, to let other people post in the heat of battle
The Chief was waiting for the missiles, knowing the headcrabs would be easy to dispatch if he could stay focused.
He was interrupted by the shouts from Wolf and the sergeant. Looking for the source, he noticed said person (And wolf) dangling from a ledge. Sprinting over, he grabbed Wolf and yanked them up before running back to his post.
As Master Cheif pulled Wolf up from the ledge, he heard the sergeant scream "Asshoooole!" while falling from the ledge. The sergeant fell to his death. "Wops" Master Chief thought as his chief-in-command during this fight fell a deadly lenght.
Now with the next missile hitting ground any minute, it was panic roaming the entire camp. Non of the protagonists were fighting the oncoming missile a lot. The soldiers on the other hand, were shooting as if there were no tomorrow. They fired clips after clips towards this missile. Even though the missile took greatly damage from the bullets, it would still fall into the camp.
And to top this panic off, they could see a large amount of soldiers walking from the west end. They would be close enough in another minute or so. This was going to be dire
Thats not how physics work! The sergeant grabbed Wolf, and Wolf grabbed the ledge. They both should have been saved by Chief pulling Wolf up! Oh well, no big loss.
