Snow's stuff, specifically his jacket from Final Fantasy XIII.
Not only does the thing look snappy, it's got some army thing in it that enhances the wearer's attributes. It's what makes the guy pretty much indestructible.
And who doesn't want to be snappy and indestructible?
As for the rest of his outfit... Well, don't know why I'd shove a scarf down my pants, but hey, I'm pretty much indestructible, why not?

Alucard in Symphony of the Night had a badass look, as did Richter Belmont, either of those would be cool for Halloween.
Also a set of the classic N7 armor, just great overall, I really want to get the hoodie just to replicate that.
As for something that's more reular wear I wouldn't mind Nick's suit from Left 4 Dead 2.

As a few others have said, I'd pick the outfit of Ezio from Assassin's Creed II. Failing that, the Soldier's uniform from Team Fortress 2.

Hmmm, probably Armor King from...whatever Tekken game he was in, ever since I played Tekken 2 as a kid I always wanted King's/Armor King's attire, I remember trying to replicate King's leopard mask in primary school, using papier mache over a balloon...it looked like arse.

The whole outfit is just ace. They sell the T-shirt on the site but the hoodie seems to be nowhere, not even a regular white hoodie with red lining. The bags kinda cool too, I suppose.
In terms of outfits I would be willing to actually wear, rather than just own.
