Velvet Assassin. That game is fucking impossible. The game is pretty terrible, though, so I don't really want to play it anyway. I thought it would be like, a BADASS STEALTH GAME, like Thief and (the old) Splinter Cell. But like, it's not.
Open up with Claude using Helmetbreaker to interrupt him casting those purple rings, then switch to Chisato and have her use tear gas to pin him against a wall, then keep using tear gas over and over and over. If it works, he won't even be able to go into his second form. It's the only way i can beat him without being, like, level 180. Pretty much if he goes into his second form or casts a bunch of those purple rings you already died.Donnyp said:Like i still have to beat the Star Ocean 2nd star story but thats about it for bosses i have fought and yet to beat.

Honestly, that is actually easier, though you don't need 255 exactly, just enough to have been Gabriel Celeste and grabbed all the stuff from that area including the speed increasing superboots.Donnyp said:I was thinking of just playing till level 255 lol.Zaik said:Open up with Claude using Helmetbreaker to interrupt him casting those purple rings, then switch to Chisato and have her use tear gas to pin him against a wall, then keep using tear gas over and over and over. LordNue said:No, I'm talking about the room where you're trying to make that necklace or whatever and you had to push a block into a small corner of the room and leap onto a ledge with a very unhelpful camera angle before spikes came up through the floor and instantly killed you. And every time you died you had to pull the switch which made you watch a five second cutscene of doors closing. Which while only five seconds got incredibly annoying Because I FUCKING GET IT, THE DOORS ARE FUCKING CLOSING YOU FUCKING GAME I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU AND SHIT DOWN YOUR THROAT IF YOU DON'T FUCKING WORK FOR ME THIS TIME! Just thinking about it gets me angry again : (. I think GoW1 was made by a group of insane people, locked in a room while they thought of ways to make a fun game that would inexplicably torture and hate the player at random moments like this. Then they'd start throwing shit at eachother because something startled them.IamSofaKingRaw said:LordNue said:I always found that stupid fucking box room with the floor spikes to be a million times worse.MiracleOfSound said:That mortar section in the Bad Company 2 campaign is pretty damn unfair.

Are you talking about the the room with hudreds of herpies, the archers and such with the conveyor belt that pulls you towards grinders. Near end of the game to. Come to think of it I think the developers were trying to make the game unbeattable so that they had time to make GOW 2 lol.
GoW2 was made by people who walked into the room after the previous developers had all died of disease and starvation, except for one who ate the others to survive, and they imprisoned him and learned from him. Unfortunately all they really took into consideration from his insane babbling was those fucking wraith enemies I hate so much.
LOL I think you're talking about the timed mission when you have to go down that hill while I swear two friggin full armies are marching UP the hill. For those that haven't tried this on veteran, you have three minutes anf the enemies can kill you with two bullets. You can't hide because it seems the devs gave the AI radars similar to those in Halo so sneaking past enemies is a lost hope. Managed to finish it after about 12 hours worth of tries. No joke.U71L7Y_F0RMUL4 said:I've got Resident Evil 5 and found it pathetically easy. All you have to do is exploit the AI with the environment. Funnily enough the only mode I haven't completed it on is normal (I don't know why I guess I've never gotten round to it).
OT: I'm usually a very calm guy and I don't mind if I lose, but it's if I keep on losing and have no chance in hell that I start to get pissed.
The only game that has managed to get me to flip out and put two holes in the wall is COD:4 on single player. I was trying to do the final missions on Veteran but there were just too many enemies and it doesn't help that your "allies" don't move up until your already past it.
I'm never going to attempt that again.
