This might not really qualify as an item, but I want a chocobo. Now that's getting to class in style.

How could I forget Chocobos. Especially after the botched Chocobo Salesman routine my friends and I came up with.
[Funny story] I was standing outside my high-school about two years ago with a couple of my friends and we started talking about chocobos. Well I started on this tangent about the capabilities of the chocobo as if I were selling a car. A friend joins in and we go the whole nine yards. Landspeed, suggested feeding habits, types suggested for various travel (blue for oceanic and green(? Its been a while) for mountainous travel. The luxurious white chocobo. The glorious gold chocobo. Battle capabilities and racing capabilities. Everything said in a grand fashion while motioning to our obviously completely real stock of chocobos. Somebody steps forward and asks if we could do it again for a YouTube recording and we never could remember how to do it right.[/boring story]

I'd want a blue one, as I live quite close to a bay. I'd name him Jesus and run circles around all those stupid college students in their kayaks.

Chocobos are quite the lucrative business, they are. All right, you want a blue, and one young enough to name at that. Breeding arrangements... Gyashl greens... saddle... Have you ever ridden' one? No? Riding lessons... That comes to a total of 4700 gil it does. Now, if you want a more "holy" flair we could raise an albino blue (rare but doable) or even gold, but I doubt that's in your price range. Do you need fighting capabilities? Choco meteor is inherent so breeding into a blue isn't impossible... Okay this'll be alot of paper-work...

Forget it, I'll just take a Bahamut materia. I can fly to class! Or blow it up. That is, if I have enough MP. This is complicated!

I think some sort of Flash or YouTube series based on the complexities of the Chocobo business has the potential to become an internet hit. Next Escapist video contest?
