I don't care if it has been said before, Timesplitters needs to come back. Fuck all these "realistic and gritty" games. Fuck all this focus on online play. We need Timesplitters back to show the world how to make a fun FPS. We need it to show the world that split-screen with bots is some of the most fun you'll ever have. WE NEED TIMESPLITTERS!

Timesplitters is easily better than any game released these days. And I mean every single word of that.

Yeah, these two sum up everything we need to know. Did anyone else REALLY enjoy making maps for Timesplitters? It was fucking fantastic! The humour, too, was great! I love that series. Dungeon Keeper; do I really need to say more?

Well for all of you who remember a good PS2 classic, War of the Monsters. A 3D sort of fighting game similar to Street Fighters (except it wasn't 2D, but 3D), where you picked one of a number of monsters mutated from creatures and objects that were hit by radiation, like Kineticlops--a giant cyclops made out of electrical streams. Or Congar--a massive ape-like creature that's like King Kong. The radiation makes them huge, so the battlefields are around cities, a volcano, UFO, etc. It was a great game and I'd love to see it be brought back to life.

Edit: Oh yeah and SSX: Tricky. I played SSX 3 and it was meh cause it was so different. SSX Tricky was alot of fun and it's the only sports game I've ever actually cared for. There really wasn't a story behind it like most sports games, it was just a snowboard racing game. But I loved it and I want EA Sports to put the paddles of life on it's chest and yell "CLEAR!" until it's revived!

Legend of the Dragoon. I absolutely loved this 4 disk adventure when it came out on the playstation and if I still had it or the system it played on I would still enjoy it today. This would seriously not be a very hard game for a developer to slap new graphics on and sell again on the 360.

Anachronox needs a sequel, it was a charming, funny and entertaining experience and one of the most memorable games I've yet to play.

Advent Rising, it was advertised as a trilogy and had a good story and an epic soundtrack, it had some problems but was still a good game overall, someone should really pick it up and make the remaining two games because it has more potential than most gaming franchises out there at the moment.

Oh, and I almoast forgot, Freelancer .. really great game, kinda thin on the simulation part of the space sim and more of a shooter really but that is the point, it was fun, fast paced, and just generally enjoyable ride, the story and characters were quite good as well and the soundtrack although a bit repetitive was good and at times key to creating the atmosphere and tension.

I really would love to see a good sequel/reboot/spiritual successor to Descent, Battlezone (the FPS/RTS), and the FreeSpace series.

Rise of Nations - seriusly the most underrated RTS ever. It can definetly stand up to the more popular ones like age of empires, C&C series and maybe even Starcraft.

Age of Mythology - Because seriusly having an army of hydras or bringing a pack of fenris wolves into battle is awesome.

System Shock 2 - no explanition needed.

Ohh did I mention Rise of nations? That game rocked!
