Guitar Hero - Its basically the same game they keep releasing, just with different songs. Different songs which could have easily been put as DLC.
Pokemon - Don't get me wrong, I love Pokemon. Pokemon Silver was classic, I'll never forget all the time I spent playing that. However now, there's just way too many pokemon in the games, it's stupid. Theres something like 500. 150 was a nice amount. 250 was going a bit far, but I could handle it. 350, just plain insane, give it up. Now, I'm willing to take this back, if they make a Pokemon game on a console, in full 3d, not like colliseum, or XD, I mean a pokemon game exactly like the Gameboy counterparts, just in 3d, and added stuff. However, it seems unlikely.
Halo - 3 Just seemed like Halo's story mixed with Halo 2's online multiplayer. I just feel it's really overstayed it's welcome now...
FPS' in general - I'm sorry to say, but, FPS' haven't changed an inch in the past 10 years. It still consists of shooting the same looking mobs, going through the same looking levels with a not so good storyline. It wouldn't be as bad if there was something else to pick the genre up, but FPS' are mainly renowned for their gameplay, the story is usually non existant and the enrironment are usually the same in most FPS' and since the gameplay is the same too, there's just nothing unique about them anymore. Bioshock was an amazing exception, I loved that game to bits, the story was great, the atmosphere was amazing and overall the gameplay was brilliant. If we see more exceptions, then i'll take this back.
Metal Gear Solid - I love the MGS series, but, If they planned on making another MGS game, however, I want it to have a different name, and I'd rather not see any characters from MGS in it as well. MGS4 ended the series nicely. Any more games to do with it could seriously screw it up.
Mario - Getting sick of seeing him in all these stupid spin offs. Nintendo milking him for all hes worth. Wish they'd give it a rest, doubt that'll happen though, it's a cash cow.
