Lunar Silver Star. It meant a lot to me the first time I played it, and simply love it. I have played it once in Lunar Legend (GBA) and working on my third time for the PS1. And I considered buying a PSP for the remake. (But then I realized there were only maybe 2 other games I wanted on the system.)
... soon as I get a PSP I'm gunning for the box set on ebay FAST.

Its an addiction. Like I said, it meant a lot to me when I first played it. First time love meant something rather than stupid mushy stuff and awkward moments jammed into my cartoons for no good reason.

Call of Duty 4
Grand Theft Auto IV
Dragon Age: Origins (includes witch hunt and awakening)

Only games that I've come back and played multiple times between long gaps.

KotOR. The graphics are shit relative to the stuff these days, but the game itself is utterly fantastic. I went back and replayed it over the christmas holidays, actually.

Starcraft, Red Alert 2 and Masters of Orion are always good for another few nostalgic skirmishes
Have you tried Red Alert 3? What did you think? I love it. I haven't beaten it but so far I think it's the best RTS I've played.

As for the game I replay the most I guess it would be Street Fighter since I've never really stopped playing it. Doom also. (one day I WILL find all of the secrets!)
Red Alert 3 was good, but it bugged me that I couldn't zoom out more and I was a bit iffy about the forced coop in the single player campaign. Overall, I liked it, it's a shame Nick Worth died, the game could have used a little bit of Premier Romanov.

Actually the way that I could "square" onto any section of the mini map and zoom there was a high point for me. I agree with you about the co-op though. I had no idea that the actor who played the Premier had died, I'm sorry to hear that, but I really enjoyed the cast especially George Takei as the Emperor of Neo Japan! The humor in that game was also one of it's best points I think as well as what drove me to buy it. Heck, even the tutorial was funny. Something I haven't been able to say about a game since the first Spider-Man. Although now I can say that about Blazblue as well.

If you're a big fan of the DOOM series you really should try Wolfenstein. I bought it used for $10 and now I feel really, really guilty. My friends and I all loved DOOM and Hexen and we all love Wolfenstein too. I think it's reviews were really unkind now that I've played it for myself.

Chrono Cross, Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts (when feeling masochistic), Saints Row 2, Silent Bomber, Zone of the Enders, Disgaea, Total Annihilation: Kingdoms, Guild Wars, Shogun TW, Legend of Dragoon, Metal Gear Solid, Legaia 2: Duel Saga, Ace Combat 4, Dynasty Warriors 3, Mega Man Legends. Long list, but they all call to me every few months, and I end up replaying them.

Mostly playing Magicka and Crysis 2 right now, but I'll be playing the above again during the dry spell while waiting for Witcher 2.

Half-Life and Deus Ex are the obvious ones, but some more obscure ones are:

Second Sight
Ôkami
Thief
System Shock 2
